Loved the location

Nice place to stay. Exactly what we needed. My only issue was the shower head in the master bath is so high up theres NO water pressure by the time it hits you, and the water never got above warm in the shower. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

We had a wonderful sunny week. The hurricane was coming in later that week so we left early. The house was clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the back porch. Loved the location to everything. Very close to a convient store. Swimming pool was great having also.

Beautiful spot

Bonita Beach condos are like being at home. Wonderful views right on the beach. Very spacious clean unit with everything you need. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this unit. Owner responded to every question quickly and very friendly.

Perfect Gulf front home

This house is exactly as on VRBO. Owner is very responsive. Home is clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Few steps from deck directly to beach. Will definitely stay again if we have same size group going. We usually have a larger group - but this home was perfect for our 6 adults.

Beautiful views and dolphins!!!

The house was perfect! Super clean and the location was everything. We could walk to Thomas donuts and also had a small grocery store (Carousel) and a convenient store and deli (Blu - great subs!). There's nothing quite like having your coffee on a deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf water! Most days we saw dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water and on our last day while we were paddle boarding we got so close!

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed in this rental with my parents and his mother. It was perfectly laid out with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We loved how stocked the home was with everything you’d need for your stay. I appreciated having cleaning materials available, as well as laundry. The condo was very clean and just as described. It’s located away from the hustle. Sometimes you felt like you had the beach to yourself. Carol had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas- it was great to not have to pack those things with us. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!! Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Relaxing beach oasis

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was a perfect fit for our large group. The location is perfect in a quiet, local residential area away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Steps from the beach with amazing views of the sunset. Perfect for families looking for a quiet vacation to recharge and enjoy the beach!

Spring Break w/ the kids.

We loved the condo and it's location. We were worried that we would be caught up in spring break parties and the like. But the location here was perfect. The beach was peaceful and never overcrowded. This was spring break with our granddaughters and our son. We enjoyed going out on a boat dolphin watching and swimming with the dolphins. The condo was very clean we enjoyed our entire stay.

Great Location and Condo

Condo location is the best. Little traffic on this part of Front Beach Road, but still convenient to Pier Park and restaurants. Quiet beach. Beautiful views from the large back deck. Carol provided detailed info and was very accommodating. Hope to stay again at Bonita Beach # 4.

This condo and location is Perfect. I don’t think you can find a better location. Dealing with the owner is very easy. She’s more like friend you have always known. You are steps away from the beach. Or sit on the porch and still see and hear the ocean.

We will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach! The townhome was not the newest we have ever stayed in but it was CLEAN (super important to us as we have two 2 year olds and a 4 year old all over the floors and everywhere). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was organized. The owner was great to work with. We ended up having an issue with the air the first night. I messaged the owner and she got it handled immediately. It’s a close walk to the beach and a nice pool. We plan on coming back next year!

Excellent condo - Beach front view for days!

This condo has everything you need for a family of 5 and a pair of in laws. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool. You walk out into the back and you step right on the beach. I loved waking up early to drink coffee on the patio that was overlooking the beach. Even on a crowded day, there weren’t many people on the beach, which I prefer. Also my kids loved the close proximity between the beach, condo, and pool. It was a lifesaver! The condo was clean and the check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. Carol responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Family Beach Property

Great beach home for family vacation. We took our 6 month old granddaughter for her first beach vacation. There is parking directly in front of the condo and beach access directly off the back porch. No elevator, no parking issues, no waiting in line to get off the beach. The property is family owned and not operated by a management company. Mrs. Carol was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive.

What an amazing vacation. The house was steps from the beach, the porch perfect for letting the dogs lay in the sun and watch the Ocean. Had everything we needed and more.

Best vacation spot ever

This property boasts the beach as its back yard. The deck is very roomy with plenty of furniture to relax and take in the view. The home is well maintained and brightly decorated; well furnished and supplied. The owner’s communication was always clear and informative. You won’t be disappointed!

This is my dream home....right on the beach. Take 5 steps down from the covered deck and put your toes in the sand, Take 10 steps out the front door and be enjoying a gorgeous pool. Quiet west end of PCB; no high rises just million dollar plus home surround Bonita Beach Condos (only 20 units)! Out of the 20 units, most are 2nd homes and non-rentals. Uncrowded beach....many times you and maybe 10 other people enjoy this gorgeous stretch of sugar white sand. Just west of BBC is a 2 mile stretch of uninhabited beach....no houses. No parking garage; park at the front door; no steps and you can even roll your suitcase p to the door via a wooded ramp and walk way. No stairs in the condo....all one level!

THIS IS MY PIECE OF HEAVEN AND I WANT TO SHARE IT WITH YOU!
