Relaxed stay close to Barào de Sào Joào

We enjoyed a very relaxed stay between Christmas and New Years Eve. The house is located in a calm rural area and we found everything we needed there. Pedro and Annemarie were also very kind and took care we didn't miss anything. For us it was also a perfect place to be with our little daughter, as there is a lot of space and things to do (f.e. visit the neighbours' donkey or the Lagos zoo). The closest village - Barào de Sào Joào - is about 15 minutes walk away. You will find the most important things in one of the small stores there. Also the Mata Nacional is nice for hiking. However, renting a car to go to Lagos or some of the many beautiful beaches is recommended. We had a great stay and will surely try to come back!

Ruhe Oase in perfekter Lage
