Reviewer Comments: The location was great high enough to enjoy the mountains but low enough to get to the city without anxiety.......Only one issue was the old model TV, not able to use apps like Netflix and the cable channels were very limited. No TV in the bedroom just the living room. And the pockets on the pool table were worn so the balls keep hitting the floor. Otherwise cabin is as described......yes I would book again

The interior was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials, including a full kitchen that made cooking our own steak dinner feel special. The view from the deck was stunning, especially at sunset, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Gatlinburg.We loved how close it was to town for wine tasting and other activities, but still far enough out to feel secluded and quiet. The hosts were responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and adventure—definitely a stay we’ll remember and recommend.

The cabin had all the amenities you would want. The cabin is also conveniently located from the Alamo steakhouse, which is only a 2 min drive down the mountain.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. Cabin was not well stocked with extra of anything. One roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no extra bed sheets, no extra blankets. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Bar soap was not great, but it cleaned hands I guess. Shower water was hot but sink water in kitchen took a while to warm up. Hot tub was nice addition, screened in porch was nice. Got locked out the last night and had to call and have the door code reset, annoying after a long day of difficult hiking. Other people still logged in to Netflix accounts. Several unnecessary texts the day before/day of checking in. Small washer and dryer but only one packet of laundry detergent. Road/driveway tight to maneuver.

The tub itself was clean, however the ports for the jets were not. I am not sure if it was mold, mildew or what, but it came off when the jets were turned on. This was the only issue though. The rest of the cabin was immaculate. The hot tub was great as well.

After hiking all day it was great to unwind in the outdoor hot tub. However, the parking was tight and a little difficult, and lack of spare roll of toilet paper. One roll for 2 with 4 1/2 days .

Reviewer Comments: My most favorite thing was how easy it was to talk with someone thats real person rather than a robot when I had questions or needed help. No hoop jumping. Everything was orderly and didn't have to worry. The cabin was beautiful and homey! I loved the fireplace and being able to sit on the couch with it on was super cozy. The hot tub was of course amazing and next to the door so I didn't have to freeze too long after getting out. There was so much dust/hair like things floating in the air that it was bothering my allergies really bad :( But it was still worth it!

In our previous Vrbo they stocked it with a few minimal groceries like drinks, snacks, and some baked goods. They do not do this here so be prepared to bring all your food. Also, keep in mind if they call for snow or ice rain you will not be able to make it up to the cabin. Our truck as well as other trucks would spin in certain areas because of the steepness.

The beautifully appointed cabin served as an excellent escape from the bustling Gatlinburg strip. Less than a mile from the Greenbrier Restaurant, and slightly more than a mile from downtown the location is perfectly situated. The jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and outdoor hot tub make this cabin perfect for a couple who are looking to relax after a long day walking either downtown or any of the scenic trails of Smokey Mountains National Park

Check in/out were convenient and our cabin was actually ready early which was a pleasant surprise. The only feedback I have was the cleanliness. It was clean to the naked eye, but as you looked closer, doors and door jambs were brown from constant use and no cleaning. We pulled pans, plates out of cabinets to use but had to clean prior to use because they were visibly dirty. Besides that, we would try this cabin again.

Nice Fully Furnished Cabin

Full kitchen so you can bring your own food, and don’t have to eat out all the time(which can get rather expensive). Has some fun additions too like the pool table and hot tub which offers amazing views of the mountains while you relax. This cabin was an amazing place to c come back to after adventuring what Gatlinburg(and surrounding areas) had to offer. Would definitely recommend for a romantic get away in Tennessee. Just be prepared for the steep mountain roads!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed within the Elk Springs resort before and had a great experience but unfortunately this time was not the same. This specific cabin was in a great location as it was right down the street from downtown Gatlinburg, but I was disappointed in the overall cabins condition. The vinyl flooring by the fridge is peeling, the walls have a lot of patching but are painted with a different color than the original color so you can see all the patched spots ( which there are tons ) and one night it had rained and there was water coming in through the window and the wall was squishy when touched ( which was reported to the resort ).
