"Oh What A View" is a remodeled studio condo offering the area's best views of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Located just above Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge. Outdoor pool (seasonal) and indoor pool and spas (year round) GREAT FOR COLD WINTER DAYS AND NIGHTS!

Located at 3,000 feet high, this little jewel is in one of Gatlinburg's most popular Resorts. The Summit Resort overlooks the area's only Ski Lodge and offers views for miles. Some of the best views in the Smoky Mountains!!!

"Oh What A View" is newly remodeled and is fresh and ready to go! Features include 2 new memory foam mattresses, wood burning fireplace (seasonal) , new appliances, new furniture, outdoor pool (seasonal) , deck with phenomenal view, grill/picnic area with playground, small arcade in clubhouse and onsite laundry facility.
Two comfortable queen beds allow for plenty of sleeping room. First queen bed is in overhead loft looking out sky windows. The second bed is a uniquely built in queen window bed, providing a phenomenal Mountain view right from the comfort of the bed!

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR but is only on 3rd floor.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or small families
Only a few minutes down the Mountain (about 4 miles) is downtown Gatlinburg. Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge is less than 2 miles, while the National Park is a mere 5 miles to the entrance. Nearby Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are about 20 minutes away.

"Oh What A View" offers a cozy and quaint setting, great location, unbelievable views, outdoor pool (seasonal), laundry facility, playground, wood burning fireplace (seasonal), fully equipped kitchen, two cable television screens and great wireless internet.

Relax on the deck and take in once in a lifetime views. Enjoy the Summer outdoor swimming pool or year round indoor pool with 2 spas. Enjoy the Winter wood burning fireplace.

Amazing view! Overall the neighborhood was nice. It takes about a 30 minute drive down the mountain to get to restaurants but that’s ok! It’s worth the drive! They were doing some construction on the building too while we were there. If you are like me and like to sit on the porch a drink a cup of coffee with a view this is the place.

The apartment is exactly as described! The outside of the unit was under construction but the room was perfect. Don’t be discouraged about the drive up the mountain the views are incredible!!

Overall amazing location. Amazing view very close to downtown Gatlinburg and smokies. One small issue was could have used a little more detail cleaning/dusting and one big issue was the air conditioner appeared to have a temperature lock on it. Could not get lower than 68 and the until was very warm. We would 100 percent will use these unit again. Overall the best locations and views.

I visit this area 3 to 4 times a year and normally book a cabin. Thought we would try something different for our anniversary since the photos looked so nice. However, I quickly regretted changing the norm. The view is nice and it was clean, however the space is very small compared to the photos and the layout makes it difficult to feel cozy. The only way to see the tv was to sit on the very small couch and you can't see the tv from the bed downstairs. In addition, the exterior of the condo is pretty dated as well. Since this was our anniversary, we left immediately once i realized i could find a cabin close by that was much larger and had just as good a view for less than what i booked this place for. I asked if we could get some kind of refund but the host quit responding. I know he didn't have to, however i guess i thought he would at least refund me the cleaning fee. This is my first negative review after all these years but it was disappointing for an anniversary trip.

Spring break trip

Great location. Great views. Would stay her again. I feel like it’s perfectly located between downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge and you can take the back roads and not have to deal with the traffic.

Cozy and cute

The views were amazing. My wife and I got married on Valentine’s Day and made this a little mini honeymoon for us. It was a great and cozy little place. Views were immaculate. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Stay

Great property with amazing views. Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Gatlinburg and was just as described. Only complaint was the shower needs an upgrade but we loved the views and the pool/spa area.

Owning several properties in the area, I am very picky about properties purchased. This property was so appealing in just a small little floor plan. The view does not get any better in all the Smoky Mountains and and it is just a couple minutes from the ski lodge and downtown Gatlinburg
