Our cleaning team promptly arrives at 10am. Un-authorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee, noted in our House Rules/booking agreement. The Carhenge lot nearby has free daily parking.

Large Condo Centrally Located

I loved staying here - it was super clean and comfortable. Easy to find and check-in. Hot tub was great! Host had lots of great recommendation for things to do and places to eat in their condo guidebook. I would highly recommend staying here to future guests.

Great Location

Nice spot. Convenient to the river walk and town. Unit and furnishings are a bit outdated but very clean and well stocked. Great having a designated parking spot, not that we used the rental car much, we walked to everything. Good location for festivals and skiing.

Very Clean and Comfortable Condo!

My stay at this condo was fantastic. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host. The condo was spacious and very clean. I really liked the location, walking distance to everything in town. The hot tub was very private and convenient. I look forward to staying here again in the winter as this unit is just across the street from the chair lift.

Spacious but a bit dated

Great location downtown. It was very spacious for our group of 4. But, the decor was very dated and our sheets in the master had blood stains on them. It would have been nice to have lotion or hair dryer as well. The hot tub was very nice.

Thank you for staying with us and noting that our unit is spacious and in a fantastic location! We understand that our unit is a bit dated, but we also offer our vacation home for less than most 2 bedroom units of our size making our condo ideal for families looking to space out and enjoy the stellar location. I wanted to apologize that you may have experienced a stain on the sheets, we wish that guest would bring concerns like this to our attention during their stay so that we can address it right away. We did reach out to our housekeeping team to have them go through all of our linens and we did not find any stains. We take complaints like this very seriously, use a professional housekeeping team and launder off-site, so this is not something that we anticipate our future guests experiencing nor have we had an issue like this in the past. In addition - we do provide a hair dryer for our guests. :) Thanks again!

Spacious, Clean and Centrally Located!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Wow, this condo is spacious & in the heart of downtown Telluride - right across from Chair 7 and the grocery store. I didn’t end up needing my car as everything in town was walkable from the unit. Being able to park in a covered garage was a nice added feature not offered anywhere else in Telluride. The place was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfortable and the host was so kind and responsive! My favorite part of my stay was waking up and enjoying my coffee on the balcony right outside my bedroom and breathing in the fresh mountain air. The hot tub was amazing for soaking in and the unit even has it’s own commercial size private steam room! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it for families visiting Telluride.

Walk to ski lift

Came in for a quick long weekend of skiing. We chose this condo because of proximity to the lift. That was a big bonus and enabled us to spend more of the day skiing and even come back to the condo for lunch. The property was clean and enough room for the 4 of us.

Great spot for ski in ski out

Close to the lift, or a short walk to the gondola. The covered parking was great. A little outdated, but nothing that we couldn't live with. Lots of room for the kids and family.

winter in telluride

Spacious condo, close to lift and within walking distance to downtown. Covered parking and really no need to use the car during our stay. Beginner skiers might be better off up on the mountain in the Mountain village

Great location, very clean!

We loved our stay at Dee's property. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great location, very close to the creek and Clark's market. The property was very clean, plenty of pillows and towels. Highly recommended.

Great location in Telluride

This property is located on the Western side of downtown Telluride, steps away from the river and bike path, and a short walk to the grocery store. It has a spacious living room and two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Dee was a super responsive host. Highly recommended.
