Excellent safe location but NOISY
The apartment has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. We used it the first week of October so we didn't need AC or heat. The bathroom is a little small and awkward to get in and out. The owner lives in Spain so she has someone (an adorable lady) working for her that cleans and is in charge of check-in and check-out. I communicated with the owner through Whatsapp about the check-in time. The problem was that I didn't have cell phone service so I could only communicate via WiFi. When I arrived at the building I had to wait outside for someone to come and do the check-in process. She never told me that they would be waiting for me inside the apartment. It is the "2A".
The noise of the street in the morning is too much. If you want to sleep past 6:30 am it is very difficult. Being on the balcony is not enjoyable because of the street noise.
