Bel emplacement mais aucune vue sur le vieux port. La Rochelle devient une ville autophobee

Bon acueil de l'agence Foncia. Par contre, il a été difficile d'acheminer les bagages jusqu'à l'appartement en raison des (trop) nombreux sens interdits. En revanche, nous avons découvert la region et les îles de Ré et d'Oléron ainsi que les Sables d'Olonne.

séjour agréable

emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre ville appart très confortable mais un peu sombre puisque la vue sur l'arrière cour n'est pas des plus agréable..appart bien équipée.

Appartement a localisation idéal mais a l'entretien déplorable.

Appartement idéalement placé sur le quai Duperré, spacieux et 1ere impression positive avec son style ancien/moderne. Espace d'accès commun sympa et sécurisé. Bémol, l'entretien n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur. beaucoup de poussière, sol mal nettoyé, vaisselle sale car lave vaisselle mal entretenue (pourtant récent), le pire est la douche dans un très mauvais état. Dommage car des efforts ont été fait lors de la rénovation de ce logement!

Large apartment good location.

The location of this apartment is superb, right in the middle of La Rochelle. However before you book this property please ensure that you read the terms and conditions. On payment of the rental fee we received a copy of the terms and conditions which state you have to collect the keys from the agency which is approx 10 minutes in a car, you also have to collect the bed linen and towels, there is a fee for these items, you have to make the bed on arrival. As the apartment is in the town there is no parking, we eventually found a free car park which was approximately 10-15 minutes walk, not ideal if you have to carry the shopping back. There is no outside space or a balcony or a view as you are in the middle of the building. There is a constant humming noise from the industrial fan from the restaurants below. We had to keep the windows open as there is no air conditioning or a fan. On departure you have to return the keys to the agency. We had a great time but would not stay here again.
