Great Spot

This spot was just as described. Rhonda was super responsive every step of the way, and left an assortment of snacks for us. The apartment was well stocked and had comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Place!

The places was very modern and spacious. It was close to the freeways which allowed quick access to downtown. We were also close to The Motown Museums. The beds were comfy and the owner left menus of nearby restaurants which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely be back again.

This apartment was vintage and completely clean. The apartment can include a romantic theme for couples, as well as, a quiet stay for friends or small family. The Host is also a great aid and extremely nice. 👌

Wonderful Place

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. It was quite, very well stocked with towels, etc. The description matched the unit perfectly. Communication with property owner was so easy. Would stay again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Great stay

The location was clean, comfortable and close to downtown Detroit. We enjoyed our stay. Rhonda was a great host and very attentive to our needs. Based on my stay, I only have two constructive criticisms. The owners may want to consider listing it as a two bedroom condo with a folding cot/bed available. The "third" room was very small and did not have a real bed. The second thing is to look into seeing if any more water pressure could be brought into the shower. The shower has very low pressure and a very low output of water making it difficult to enjoy a decent shower. This may be attributed to the fact that the house is 100 years old and most likely has old plumbing as well. Other than that, the place was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Rhonda has decorated the condo very nicely.

This is an upper three-bedroom, one bath apartment in a 100-year-old home that is conveniently located about two miles from Mid-town Detroit and some of the most fabulous museums in the nation. There is some blight on adjoining blocks but we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We accidentally locked the keys in the apartment and had to phone the owner, who responded immediately. I would stay there again.

Perfect choice for our business trip.

This is consistent with all other five star ratings. You feel like you are at your home. Friendly neighbors and close to our convention when we visited. it was five of us and as long as you can coordinate for showers which we did you are god to go.

Comfortable and Relaxing

I truly enjoyed my stay, the space was very accommodating, close to the highway which made everything convenient on a quiet residential street. The feel of the place was so warm and welcoming. The kitchen was equipped to meet all my cooking needs, I loved it and would highly recommend it to others!

Great stay in Motown!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days and loved it. It’s very modern and comfortable inside. It’s close to the Motown Museum and located by the freeway that allowed quick access to downtown for sightseeing. We would stay here again.
