Beach location

Great location, steps from the beach. The villa is cute, compact and clean and perfect for 2 as advertised. Good access to the beach and we enjoyed riding our bikes through the forest to other activities like tennis. Convenient to Freshfields too

Great Location

It was a nice little place for a short getaway. The beach access was nice. The faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed all over the counter and the mattress pad cover on the bed was in need of laundering. The washer & dryer were helpful to have. The upstairs neighbors were very loud & had a barking dog that was annoying.

Great cottage for a Kiawah couples getaway…it’s perfect for two people and appointed perfectly to have a couple guests visit without feeling cramped! Very close “steps” to the beach

Summer vacation

Had a fantastic time in Kiawah. The place was just as described. The communication throughout the booking, check-in, stay and check-out was excellent. This was our second time staying at this property and we’d definitely come back!

We are actually 73 steps from the beach boardwalk! Great location, plenty of space. Appliances worked well including blender!

Just steps to the beach

Clean & close to the beach. I would stay here again but I see the price has gone up. It is a great location. Location, location, location. Negatives- hard uncomfortable furniture. Also the washer & dryer in the bedroom make it really hot & it takes forever for towels to dry.

It's Just Right!

Perfect space for a couple to enjoy Kiawah Island and the surrounding lowcountry. Hubby and I went back and forth to Charleston as well and the drive is gorgeous. Just wonderful all around.

Wonderful Villa for 2!

Villa was very clean and recently updated and a very short walk to beach. Villa had everything that we needed including a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, soaps, plenty of towels etc. we will definitely stay here again!

Beach Stay

3542 Seascape was a great beach stay. It was just as the pictures showed and very well stocked. It was spotless and furnished very well. The only thing I could suggest is a tea kettle as we are tea drinkers and the beautiful windows could be done with blinds or shutters as for more privacy when the lights are on in the evening hours. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. It was just a short walk to the beach.Loved our stay 😍

Clean and great location

This property was recently updated, very clean and in a great location. It’s very close to the beach. I was running the Kiawah marathon and this location was so close to the start and finish line, which was what I was looking for.

Thanksgiving in Kiawah

We rented this place for a quiet workspace near the beach while visiting family for the holiday. It was quiet and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. The nearby golf course had a nice restaurant as well. Recommend hitting up the grocery store on your way into town for supplies.

Close to beach

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Short easy walk to the beach. Watched deer every morning out the living room window. Peaceful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was great, and i would recommend this place to others, and I would even stay there again. Only issue we had was that the clothes washer did not work when we tried to do laundry. Other than that the stay was perfect.

West Beach 1Br review

Proximity to the beach & dog-friendly are top points. We recommend a few additions/changes: needs cutting board, new wine tool-silver one is broken (we bought our own @ the market), ensure clean towels are stored in a clean location (they were under the sink next to the plunger) so they smelled horrible and we laundered, pull out bed was sandy, suggest to replace stained large (king?) white flat sheet. We noticed s small tear in one of the navy couch cushions-you may be aware but wanted to point out. Thank you. Laura

Not enough staff during Covid 19?

Pros: Short walk to beach. Kitchen was clean and appliances worked. Good AC. Bedding clean and pillows good. Decorated nicely. Cons: Travel during Covid 19 tough, but expected higher level of cleanliness. Glass table tops and sliding glass doors had sticky children's finger prints, beverage rings, and dog nose smudges. Sand and Goldfish chips had not been swept from under coffee table. Couch had lint and dog hair on it. Sheets for pull out were stored in a livingroom corner basket that may have been occupied by said dog as they were semi-unfolded had dirt and hair on them. Called to have cleaners return, never happened. Once we sprayed everything down, stay was enjoyable.

Rental not ready on time; cleaning job rushed

This is our 2nd time staying at this villa. Our rental was not ready on time (4pm check-in time). I called main # twice. Dishes weren’t emptied in dishwasher, bedroom closet was dirty. I doubt this went through a final inspection. What bothers us the most is that the local VACASA branch did not reach to apologize or offer something for rental not being ready on time. This is the hospitality industry and this process was anything but. It is unfortunate to spend a lot of money to come to Kiawah and be disappointed with the rental company. This was our 5th year here so fortunately we knew enough about the area to offset the wait.
