This beautiful villa is located on the second floor of Tennis Club Villa's, located in East Beach Village. The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.
Please Note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time while staying in Kiawah. The rental was very clean and so great! It was in the perfect location to access the beach and to explore the island. We have nothing but positive things to say about this rental and about Patricia. She gave us all of the appropriate information and was prompt in all of her replies. 10/10!!!

Patricia is amazing--property is excellent!

We were here on business at the Sanctuary but it was sold out, so looked for an "off property" close by, and found this. OMG. We're so grateful we got this opportunity. The walk to the beach is sooo close. The amenities are great. Patricia is fantastic to work with. Everything was easy and would go back in a heart beat!

Amazing place to stay

We have a great time staying here. The check in process was very simple. The Villa was super nice and updated. The place was extremely clean and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was really great and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing stay in Kiawah!

This condo is immaculate. It overlooks the clay courts on the back side and is located just a short distance to the beach, parks, restaurants. We took bikes and never got in the car except to leave to go home. We biked to Java Java each morning for breakfast. Very nice, very clean. Thank you!!!

Amazing villa

One of our favorite places we have stayed at Kiawah! Everything was as advertised and it was super clean and quiet. Short walk/bike ride to the beach and centrally located. Can't wait to stay here again!

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable condo right by the beach

We had an amazing stay, this condo checks all the boxes - it is super clean, well decorated, comfortable, and right by the beach and the sanctuary which were really awesome. Communication with the property manager was easy and seamless. Thanks for an amazing stay! I highly recommend and we can't wait to come back.
