Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital Secuity doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

The location was spot on for playing a tennis tournament right next door. The bed was super comfortable, and the living room was a good-sized room to relax in. The door lock was a little confusing, but we figured it out. Overall a great stay.

The check in was easy. The unit was clean and in a quiet convenient location. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. As a suggestion, It would have been nice to have coffee pods provided as well as detergent for washing clothes. Would definitely stay in again.

The villa was quite nicely cleaned and decorated! The owner was attentive during our stay and was available to help us get the tv streaming cable. I truly appreciated her prompt responsiveness. Conveniently located adjacent to the tennis courts and walkable to the beach, I would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was full of bugs (winged ant looking bugs concentrated all over bathroom and bedroom including on bedding) upon our arrival. We had to vacate and seek another place to stay which resulted in a huge additional expense. We submitted photos and requested a full refund and owner has not done the right thing to issue us a refund. Photos have been submitted to owner and VRBO and we are very upset to have only been refunded the cleaning fee so far. We cannot imagine that anyone would be ok sleeping with these bugs or expect us to sleep with these bugs. We think the owner and VRBO should make this right and refund our money. We have tried to resolve with owner and wish owner had worked with us to make this right by issuing a full refund since we had to find new accommodations day of arrival arrival.

This was very convenient to walk around to Night Heron Park and to the beach. The unit is showing its age, but it was very comfortable and clean.

Very clean and comfortable villa. The host provided a few beach chairs and wagon that was very helpful walking to the beach. Even though the villa is very close to the tennis courts, we did not hear any noise. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay!

My child and I had an incredible getaway to this property! It was clean, comfortable, and delightful from start to finish! The beach is a short and beautiful walk away and we appreciate the use of the wagon to tote our beach chairs and supplies! A beautiful stay - we would definitely return!

This was a great location because other family members (children grands and great grands!) were 3 min away. It is close to the property amenities (pool, cafe). and a beautiful beach.
