Immaculate rooms and property.

These two rooms were two of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. Having two bathrooms was lovely and the beach equipment provided was an added bonus! The pool was also immaculate! We will be looking to come back to this property next year.

This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook this place if it’s available.

Wells-away stay

Well kept and vey clean property. Close to everything. Many things to do inside and outside close by. Very nice to have pool for an early morning or evening dip. Nice to have two bathrooms. Wish the tv was on a swivel so could position toward table.

Great Stay!

My friends and I had a great stay here! We came prepared with our own becah chairs and towles but all was provided for with the accommodation, which was great to see. Very well stocked space and nicely located to downtown Ogunquit. Would be happy to stay again and highly recommend!

L'unité d'habitation est généreusement fournie pour des journées réussies à la plage. Chaises de plage, parasol, charriot de transport, jouets de sable d'enfants, planches de surf, rien ne manque. C'est aussi généreux côté literie et côté articles de cuisine. Tant et si bien qu'il manque un peu de rangement pour nos vêtements et effets personnels avec tous ces placards et tiroirs remplis. Enfin, on ne peut se plaindre d'une telle abondance. La chambre joliment décorée et aérée peut accueillir quatre dormeurs dans des lits confortables. L'autre pièce, celle du coin salon et de la cuisinette est plus exigüe et bondée mais tout de même agréable. Le balcon est idéal pour la lecture, le petit café du matin. La piscine est propre et propice à de belles baignades et à la farniente sur des transats vintage. On y était souvent seuls en cette fin d'août. La mer (c'est pour cela qu'on se rend dans ce coin de pays après tout) est accessible à pied en une vingtaine de minutes via Ocean Drive vers Footbridge. Cela évite de coûteux frais de stationnement. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on séjourne au Holiday House. La première au Paradise Cove. On y a trouvé notre bonheur à coût raisonnable.

Great end of summer trip

This property is perfect for our small family of four. Conveniently located to beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, playgrounds etc. the unit was clean and had everything we needed - wonderful spot!

Excellent stay

The condo was wonderful with everything we needed. There were even beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella. Plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Perfect Location

This rental was exactly where we wanted and needed to stay for a family gathering nearby. This unit was clean and comfortable. The pull out couch was the only issue. Use of the couch was just fine.

Nice little place, very clean, attractively decorated and well-equipped. Dining area is a bit cramped. It's a loooong walk to the beach, and even further to a public beach.

Great little place!

The vacation home looked exactly like it did in the photo's & 3D walk-through. Plenty of space. It was on the 2nd floor (which is not mentioned in the Vrbo listing) The place was spotless and smelled soo good when we came in! The bedroom was really large so the 3 beds did not feel crammed in there at all. Each twin bed came with 2 pillows & the queen came with 4 pillows. They supplied the place with tons of towels for both showering and beach. Plus extra sheets & pillows. Having 2 full showers was really great. The AC works great as well. The only negatives were the couches were pretty uncomfortable (I had to prop myself up with pillows) And they had no cable for the TV, not even basic cable to watch the local news in the morning. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay, great area, nice pool.

Great spot for a family

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo because we love the location and it’s a good size for our family. The kitchenette is nice if you don’t want to eat out every night. There is a stove top with no oven, but there is a small toaster oven and microwave. The pool is nice and just across a small parking lot. The beach is a short drive, and the condo is conveniently located to all restaurants and other activities. Our only complaint would be that the sofa bed is nearly impossible to fold back into the couch. My kids were fine sleeping on it, it’s just difficult to put away. Really both couches are in rough shape. But, we go for the beach, so we were not on them much!

Beautiful and well stocked

I have stayed at this cottage two years in a row and I’m hoping to come back next year. It’s beautifully decorated and one of the biggest cottages at the hotel building. They have everything you need for a beach trip including toys for the kids. This year it came with a Roku streaming stick and it came in handy since all it was a rainy week.
