Such a cozy place to spend a rainy Christmas vacation. The hosts were friendly and readily available. The house was immaculate. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the fire pit. The beach was only a 2 minute walk across the street. We will book here again.

Perfect location! Easy walk to restaurants, village, and direct beach access across the street. Patio was perfect for viewing the amazing fall sunsets. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need.

The location was fabulous. So easy to get in and out, lovely beach not overcrowded, the property right on 101 and yet somehow so private!Everything needed for cooking, eating, relaxing in shared or private spaces. We could not have been happier. Nice provisions for playing at the beach with a wagon to get them there. A all around.

Always a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed here quite a few times over the years and the house has everything you will need for a day at the beach. Accommodations are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling.

This house was perfect! It was much larger than we expected, but it was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view out the living room window was wonderful. Our days were spent at the beach, out to dinner, and then back to this beautiful home to enjoy the views with a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you to Pam and her husband for making our stay wonderful. We hope to be back next year.

The location is beautiful and so close to everything. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything you could need. It truly felt like home away from home. I loved the outside patio area where we were able to eat and play cards. This was a much needed getaway and the house did not disappoint. Thank you Pam for being so attentive! Perfect family getaway

This is the largest and most well-appointed house we've rented in the North County area so far. Incredible view from the front, a nice stroll from Carlsbad Village, and across the street from the beach are all added bonuses. Very well appointed kitchen, great appliances, I can't think of a single negative. Great communication from the hosts.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was better than expected and we are looking forward to staying there again. The kitchen is stocked, there is everything you need to have a fun beach day and the couches that pull out into a bed are very comfortable. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. We highly recommend this location!

Loved spending time in Carlsbad. The village has lots of interesting shops and really great restaurants. This location was walking distance to the village and beautiful beach.

Spring Thing

MPut together a spur of the moment trip and stayed here for five days. It was the most amazingly perfect stay in absolutely every single way. The hosts were so phenomenal and accommodating to any need we could have thought of. The time flew by so quickly that we were saddened to leave. We are actually looking forward to planning a future stay.

Great house and location. Shopping and dining all within walking distance. Watch the surfers from the beautiful deck. Would definitely stay here again!
