The house smells very musty. The patio screen door was ripped by prior visitor, the pots and pans selection is horrible! Goodwill has a better selection. The wall outlet in the king bedroom, near the front window is not functioning. It didn’t work two years ago either.

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. This cottage was perfect for our weeklong stay. So great to have a washer and dryer, deck, yard, beach chairs, and lawn games! We parked our car in the driveway and walked everywhere! Terrific location!

This is the second year in a row we have rented this property. The location is wonderful, parking is great, the house is equipped with all the required amenities for a relaxing stay, the back yard is fabulous and the hosts are responsive and pleasant to work with. The home is just as advertised and is extremely comfortable. We love this property and wish it was our own.

Beach cottage

Pet friendly!! W a huge back yard. A block from the beach on a nice block w friendly neighbors. Questions were answered quickly. We can walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. Thank you we will return soon.

Great location and property

The location was ideal for proximity to the beach and walk to Carlsbad Village. Huge fenced yard was extra bonus for the dogs.

Short but nice trip

We had a lovely time at the property, though we weren’t there very much. The home was as described and was cleanly. The area it is in cannot be beat.

Very Comfortable

We would rent this again. You might want to fix the blind in the bath/ laundry room- it will not go all of the way down and gives NO privacy. The screen door on the patio would not fit back on the track? You might also want to fix the kitchen sink faucet. It has come loose at the base and is not leaking yet (the cabinet under the sink) but it will make a big mess if someone isn't careful. Thanks

Nice place, perfect location

We stayed for 12 days while visiting family in Carlsbad. The house was perfect for our stay. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and Carlsbad village. The property had everything we needed for our family.

Location is great!

We visited the property with our 2 sons (4/6). The location is great, right next to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Also close to legoland! A nice backyard for the kids to play in and off street parking. Would highly recommend to families staying in the area.

Carlsbad Bungalow Paradise

Very clean, cute, all the amenities as described.The backyard was absolutely perfect for our puppy to run and play and yard is immaculately clean!! Very comfortable and close enough to everything within walking distance.Hosts were quick to reply! Thank you!!

Good family time

We were in Carlsbad to meet up with family from the East coast. The location was perfect and while it was very rainy we were able to relax inside. Our dog loved the back yard!

Perfect location

We decided not to bring our dog so Kyle refunded our fifty dollar pet fee. The heater made some funny noises after was on for a while but it worked and we turned it off before going to bed. Location was great to get to the beach.

Nice property and great location!

We loved our stay! The properly was just as advertised, and it was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the beach and downtown, which we really enjoyed. Kyle was attentive and check in was effortless. We would stay here again.

My family and I are originally from Seattle. We've been down in Carlsbad for a couple years now and simply fell in love with the area. It's a very laid back beach vibe and does not get super crowded around here like other parts of SoCal. And the locals are awesome! We are staying. :)
