Sexy modern property

This place is an amazing modern rental in Rouen. The open floor plan and amenities are amazing! We would definitely rent again.The ground floor is all bedrooms that open onto a central courtyard, with an open living space upstairs. This smart home has everything—an infrared sauna, hot tub, toilet/bidet, smart curtains, and great A/V equipment.The only downside is you need to walk across the bridge to old town Rouen, but that 10 minute walk was worth the amenities.

Amazing house! Super safe and convenient parking. Comfortable living spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Quiet and private setting in busy city. We loved it!

Belle maison

Séjour en famille dans un logement moderne Très agréable Emplacement idéal pour aller centre ville ( maison sur rive gauche ), la maison est vraiment bien sécurisée et bien pensée… On peut mettre la voiture dans une cour fermée Pour aller dans Rouen c est vraiment top Je recommande ce logement !

Excellent week-end !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans une jolie maison. Tout fut parfait à la hauteur de nos attentes si ce n’est plus. Les hôtes sont à l’écoute. Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés je recommande vivement.

Super séjour

Super séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Tout a été simple et facile pour la réservation. Christophe qui nous a accueilli a été adorable, C était un week-end entre filles et tout à été aux delà de nos espérances👍 Les lits faits à l'arrivée, une bouteille de cidre au frais et le jaccusi à bonne température que demander de plus ?! Un grand merci aux propriétaires de nous faire profiter de leur bien.

Belle maison proche du centre

Les environs et la devanture peuvent légèrement refroidir mais passée cette première impression, la maison est belle et conforme à la description. Attention toutefois sur les photos, il n'y a qu'une chambre avec un grand lit (car 2 photos de cette chambre) et 2 autres avec lits superposés ). Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison de vacances mais de la maison des propriétaires donc vous y trouverez leurs affaires. Spa très agréable, à recommander pour quelques jours à Rouen.

komplett eingerichtetes Designer-Haus

der Aufenthalt im Haus von Sébstien lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist KOMPETT eingerichtet. Gerade die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mehr als umfangreich. Das Haus liegt knappe 5 Gehminuten von der Seine und der Altstadt entfernt. Im Quartier leben Menschen aus diversen Nationen friedlich zusammen und es ist auch abends sicher! Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sébastien war äusserst freundlich und er war sehr hilfsbereit (auch beim Planen unserer Zugreise nach Paris).

Owners are very kind, easy to get in contact, what you see is, what you get. High standard, a lot of tech in the appartment, good showers, nice patio and terras.

It's a super modern, secure house.

Our stay in Roeun was greatly enhanced by our stay in Sebastien's house. Outside, our car was very securly parked in off the street which gave great peace of mind. Inside, each bedroom was sufficient and spacious, the two showers were spectacular and the toilet sufficient. The living area works real well, good kitchen , good lounge area and good dining table. Again the outside terrace here greatly enhanced the stay. Local shops are very close and convienient and the main touristy area is a ten minute walk across the river. Summing up we were delighted to have chosen this house and would be glad to recommend it.

Very cool apartment

Lovely house and terrace. Very luxurieus and beautiful, Nice bedrooms, good beds, big screen, good WiFi. Spot where the car is parked is a bit of a shock, behind an old steel door. Neighborhood is quaint, lost of small shops and people from All over the world but also big shining new mall with Leclercs. City center is only 10 minuten walk, Rouen is very nice.
