Location is amazing

We enjoyed our stay here but there were a couple of things that didn’t make it 5 stars. The bedroom was way too hot for our liking we had to run the AC and a fan to make it semi comfortable as the window in the room is screwed shut. The hot tub was out of order so we couldn’t use that either. The kitchen is nice and had the stuff we needed for small meals. We had an issue with check in but the staff were really nice and we got it figured out. Overall, the location of the place makes it worth it and we would stay again!

Really convenient location and space…needs a little updating in bathroom… loose tiles. Support for the squeaky tub…. Short in light switch of kitchen area…. And light fixtures, artwork straightened… enjoyed the stay!!

Nice place except it needs a new mattress

Your place is very nice. However, the mattress is shot and needs to be replaced. It was sunken in the center and we both had sore backs the next morning because the mattress has poor support. Just thought you should know. Thank you.

Great Location and clean

We stayed at Woof Dog Friendly condo for a 4 night stay in January 2023. First, the location is great. Easy walk to Main St, Easy drive to the mountain, or walk to the free shuttle stop and easy ski in from the 4 O’clock Run. We did mostly drive to Main St and find parking which is also easy and my wife skied only 1 day so she drove us to Peak 7 or 8 to start our ski days. But, the location is much better than I had known prior to booking. We were also impressed by the styling of the condo and cleanliness. As it is dog friendly, I was worried about dog smell or signs of dogs from past vacationers, but it was clean and the only dog hair was on the couch seat bottoms. We had planned to bring our dog, but at the last minute we were able to leave him home, which I would suggest for a winter trip. There were lots of dogs in the building but all were pleasant and no barking or issues. We did use the sauna and hot tub, but both are old and basic. There are no pool towels or extra towels so we had to use the 4th towel as they leave you 4 for the unit. The hot tub needs major attention from the facility as the top cover is in really bad shape and hard to remove. We only used it once and it was difficult, also felt dirty. But the location of the hot tub is good and it was peaceful to use. We were a family of 3 and our teenage son slept on the softa bed. He did pull out the bed and although the bed seems thin and flimsy, for 1 teenager it worked OK. The couch itself is comfy initially,

Great spot but

Great spot, had everything as depicted in the information and pictures. Only thing to note is the pullout couch is extremely uncomfortable and unable to use. A couple stayed with us one night and had to use the actual mattress pad on the floor as the spring/bar would stick into your ribs.

Great location! Accommodated dogs. Semi clean. Broken window, clogged bathroom sink, broken blow dryer. Furniture in condo is old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

What a wonderful little condo. It was the perfect size with all you need for a nice stay. Everything was so clean upon arrival. The only two issues were it is very hot because the condo is over the sauna but you can open the windows in the living room. Also we would of opened the bedroom window too but it had no screen and the handle to open it didn't work. Next to that it was a great stay and easily walkable to the stores, restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Quiet and Relaxing

We had a perfect, quiet, and relaxing stay. The place was just as described and very clean. We really enjoyed how close we were Main Street and of course the on-site tub was the best part.

Breckenridge stay

Great location. We came up for the snow sculptures and we’re within walking distance. Also next to the slopes for downhill skiers. We love to be able to bring our dog with us on these winter trips.

Location is Everything

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely book this building again. The proximity to downtown and the Snowflake lift are what makes it so great. We walked everywhere during our stay. The unit is comfortable with everything you need for a long weekend. It did get very warm at night, as the owners mention in their description. There are fans available and the windows do open, but it is a first floor unit. If you’re sensitive to that, then this may not be the place for you, otherwise we would recommend!

Conviennent and clean stay

We stayed at this unit in February and it was so convenient. Ski-in, two block walk to the snowflake lift, and a few blocks from main street. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect

I’m sure many of the condos in this neighborhood are just as perfect- but that’s really what this was. The location to town, the walk to the lift, four o clock run is your back yard (was closed sadly to ski in, but we still messed around back there with our boards on what snow was left) picnic tables by a stream and by hot tubs. just amazing neighborhood to explore and enjoy the mountain/sunset backgrounds from your property. Would definitely come back!

Its an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants and also allows easy access to the gondola or bus route to the mountain. You can take four o clock directly to the condo which was very convenient. As stated it does get a little warm inside but we just opened the windows and it allowed for cool mountain air to breeze in throughout our stay. We would stay here again.

Worst check in process I have ever experienced

The place was nice/clean and otherwise as advertised. The issue was checking in and out. I was surprised when we were given NO INFO about the check in and check out process…. Even hours leading up to our stay. And now I’m not surprised why…. Furthermore, updates came via text message. I’m Canadian, and had to turn on my international roaming plan, just to receive updates about how to get in to this place…. Even though there is a key lock box NEXT to the apartment, they make you drive several blocks downtown to a real estate office. Our check in time was 4pm…. And we had requested 3pm (not unreasonable anywhere in else except this place)… After standing and waiting at this real estate office, for over 30 minutes, we finally got a code, which unlocked a lock box in the same real estate office , with our keys. This was even AFTER 4pm, which was when we were supposed to be in the apartment. Then we had to drive back to the appartment, and were finally settled in, AN HOUR after our check in time. Then we get a text message that says “you must be out by 10am… and you are not eligible for late check out…” I’m sorry…. You couldn’t even check us in on time… now you’re telling me that I need to be out right away?? …. Checking out isn’t easy either…. They want you to drive all the way back to the real estate office to deliver the keys. This place is about ZERO convenience for the renters. Do not recommend; will not come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute condo, but is NOT a 2 bedroom apartment, as was advertised on Booking. It would be fine for a couple. We were relocated 24hr later to a nicer and more appropriately sized location, but it was a lot of packing and unpacking for 3 people and a baby for a 2 day stay.
