Summary:
Wake up slopeside in Building 4—the closest to the lifts at Beaver Run Resort! Ski right out to Peak 9, then unwind in one of nine hot tubs or cozy up by the fire. This dog-friendly King Studio offers a fireplace, smart TV, and kitchenette for easy comfort. Steps from on-site Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream, and the free shuttle to Main Street Breck—it’s the perfect mountain getaway for couples or small families.

Guests have full access to the entire studio and all of Beaver Run’s resort amenities—including year-round heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, spa, ski lockers, fitness center, game room, and more. Enjoy slopeside convenience with a private retreat, steps from the action.

A short walk to town or a free shuttle service ready to take you anywhere in town!

Please note: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Great stay! The host was excellent and communicative through the whole process. The space was great for the two of us and our pups. The area comes with all of the amenities on the property which is extremely convenient and is just a short walk 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.

A visit to Breckenridge

We spent four days visiting beautiful Breckenridge. The location of the condo was great. Right next to a number of wonderful trails. The communication with Ryan, our host, was excellent! Easy check in and check out.

Comfortable Condo

Perfect spot for a conference at Beaver Run! The condo was cozy, clean, and super convenient—just steps from the meeting spaces. A great mix of comfort and location. Having a unit with air conditioning was a game-changer during the summer—many of my colleagues at the same conference and resort were definitely envious!

Great spot in Breckenridge

Enjoyed a few days at the property in the summer. Great location in Breckenridge - not too close to Main Street, but easily accessed. Room was clean and provided everything we needed. I would recommend and we look forward to another trip.

Great location

Perfect location. Only steps away from the lake trail and easy walk to Main street. Very clean property. Easy check-in because there is a check-in desk like what you see with a hotel.

Terrific location, pet friendly!

Really enjoyed this for a ski weekend! All the amenities, ski in/ski out, close to everything. Property owners were very responsive and made the process easy. Highly recommended!

Great resort, great location, dog friendly!

We Love Beaver Run resort. It has the bridge over to the indoor-outdoor pool/hot-tub area, but building 4 has a separate outdoor pool/hot-tub area that is much less crowded. This unit faces the mountain which is very private and relaxing. We brought our dog with us and this unit is right next to the elevator, so walking was very easy. The town is a short walk or shuttle ride down the hill. Excellent weekend, we hope to return :D

Great place would stay again

Great Fall stay we really liked the place. Clean and all that we needed was there for our stay. Bed comfortable. Loved having the fireplace. shower huge. TV was complicated and not connected to internet, but owner responded super quick to questions. Easy walk to town and great hiking trail right there. Would be ideal in the winter. Loved the amenities of the resort- Hot tubs, pools, etc...

Perfect slope side location

Our family enjoyed this property for the MLK ski weekend. Location is perfect for easy ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort Peak 9. The indoor/outdoor pool was a big hit along with the numerous hot tub options. The shuttle to town was quick and easy. The mini-kitchen was fully functionable (no oven) and well equipped to serve a meal for a family of four. This was a perfect dog friendly location for our family to enjoy a long ski weekend! Thx

Cozy Condo; Perfect Location!

Relatively smooth check-in process; the parking garage is TIGHT with rather small spaces when it comes to parking, but it is doable with a little finesse. The condo we stayed in was nice and cozy. It's a privately owned condo in the resort that the owner's manage. There were two bottles of wine waiting on us (AWESOME after a day of travel)!...and wood stacked by the fireplace to make the space even cozier. Location could not be more perfect as it is a ski-in/ski-out right on Peak 9. This condo owner allowed pets which was great for our service dog...we were on the second floor which required us to go downstairs and outside for pet relief (only a minor inconvenience); a condo on the first or ground floor would have patio access to outside which would have made pet relief more convenient. The restaurant on the grounds is just OK so I would recommend getting food elsewhere or bring groceries to cook yourself. This condo had a small kitchenette that met all our needs. There are other people that stay in the same resort and it is like a hotel-style setup so be aware that you will hear people moving, talking, and opening/closing doors so if you're a light sleeper bring a sound machine to help manage those nightly distractions. All-in-all, we had a nice and relaxing vacation and will absolutely return on our next visit to Breckenridge.

Above and beyond our expectations

The location of this unit can’t be beat! Located in building 4 at Beaver Run Resort. Just a short walk to Main Street. The pull out sofa bed mattress was so comfortable! I was actually nervous since all pull out couches are a quarter of an inch thick mattress but this was not only super comfortable but perfect for my 12 year old to sleep. The bedroom offered privacy with a sliding magnetic door, huge walk in shower, and even a kitchenette. The balcony looked out into the Evergreens which added privacy to a very popular ski resort. Thank you Ryan for the bottle of wine waiting for us in the room upon check in! We will definitely be staying here soon and making it a family tradition!
