Non-terraced house, 2 steps from the bay of Ste Anne, Trégastel. Completely renovated in a contemporary and bright spirit. SEA VIEW.

Shopping center 5 minutes walk
Beach Tourony 10min walk

DRC: fitted kitchen, washing machine, toilet, bathroom with shower. Free WIFI. TV.
Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, DVD player, Wii.
Closed ground of 270m ² about, living room of garden.
Wooden terrace and various plantations!

Possibility to rent WE and WEs extended, during the period May / June, to be agreed together

Well sited in a beautiful environment, Walking distance from two local supermarkets but far enough away not to be a disturbance. Genuinely secure garden for dogs and dog friendly beach and environs suitable for safe off lead exercise. As for the property itself - modern, clean and well equipped but still with individual charm. Would happily stay again

Very nice holiday home, modern and with everything you need. Completely fenced so ideal for holidays with the dog. Close to the sea and city centre within walking distance. Landlord very friendly and always available. Gladly again.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Hübsches Haus, modern und funktionell eingerichtet mit allem, was das Leben angenehm macht. Die Lage ist super: Wochenmarkt ( montags) und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, lange Hundespaziergänge am Meer gleich hinter dem Haus möglich. Unweit des Zöllnerpfades gelegen.Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch die hilfsbereite Madame Isabelle war herzlich. Die Begrüßungsgeschenke haben uns sehr gefreut. Dieses Haus können wir sehr empfehlen.

tres beau séjour de deux semaines dans la superbe maison de jérémie. nous avons surtout apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée ainsi que la super grande douche. il y a aussi la proximité du super U et des magnifique promenades dans les environs. n'oublions pas l'accueil sympatique d'Isabelle et sa ponctualité lors du départ.

Super séjour. Coup de cœur pour la Bretagne !

La maison est vraiment très bien, très confortable.Il ne manque rien.Il y a un congélateur (pas précisé dans la description).La literie est très confortable.Elle est très bien située. Proche d'une grande surface et surtout d'une belle balade le long des plages.Le jardin clos est parfait pour les animaux de compagnie.L'accueil d'Isabelle est TOP.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt, auch unserem Hund hat es im gut eingezäuntem Garten ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Auch die ganze Gegend ist wunderschön. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

La maison de Jérémie est idéalement située à Tregastel, accès à pied à la plage, au marché, au centre ville. Accueil et communication parfaits, maison très bien entretenue. Bravo.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour en mars ! La maison est très fonctionnelle, idéalement située proche de la mer et des sites à ne pas manquer. L’accueil était parfait et le propriétaire adorable . La maison est impeccable. Il y a tout il ne manque rien et j’adore les petites attentions pour faire des vacances inoubliables !Un grand merci pour ce séjour dans une région fantastique ! Wunderbares zentral gelegenes Häuschen

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Alles tip top und gemütlich eingerichtet! Zentrale, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer, nahe zum einkaufen! Schön auch dass man den Hund mitnehmen darf! Gartendusche für die schmutzigen Pfoten war genial! Vielen Dank!

Petite Maison très confortable et bien située

Très belle semaine de vacances à Trégastel, dans la maison de Jérémy. Très confortable, spacieuse et très propre. Le jardin est lui aussi très agréable. Une mention spéciale, pour la platine et les vinyles proposés. Jérémy a exactement les mêmes goûts musicaux que nous. Merci aussi à Isabelle, qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir. Parfait !!

Excellent location

The property is comfortable and well equipped, the garden is fully enclosed which was useful for our dog. The location is brilliant, only a two minute walk to a stunning series of beaches. The town centre has great bakeries and a number of excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommended this as your base to explore the beautiful coast. Both Jeremie and Isabelle were responsive and on hand to help.

Um die Rosa-Granit-Küste zu erkunden ist dieses Ferienhaus ideal. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist einladend und im idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Einkäufe.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren zwei Hunden hier zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der komplett eingezäunte Graten kommt jeden Hundebesitzer entgegen.
