Within minutes of the market square at Lake Sumter Landing (1.3 miles) - Enclosed lanai leads to a walled-in private spacious outdoor concrete patio to enjoy the Florida sun any time of the year.

Xfinity Popular cable TV, Xfinity Fast WiFi, and 2 temporary Resident ID cards are included. Two neighborhood pools & recreation centers are within a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles). A golf cart is not included, however one can easily be rented from a number of local vendors.

Whether you are a snowbird looking to escape the harsh northern winter or just looking to become familiar with The Villages for the first time, there is never a shortage of activities to take part in.

Comfortable, convenient, attractive!

Burt is a great host. The villa is attractively decorated with a coastal theme, so I really felt like I was in Florida. It’s located in the center of The Villages; it was easy to get around. Very quiet, and the new king bed was great!

A wonderful time!

Two sisters of a certain age travelling together, one just six weeks out from a new hip. We loved Burt's house. There are lots of thoughtful little touches, like night lights in the main rooms, beach chairs in the garage, a great selections of pots and pans, and a new barbecue. We checked out a couple of Villages' activities, and in particular used the neighbourhood pools, but we were really there for the central location for day trips to the springs and the bike trails. Unforgettable trip. Thanks!

This is a large 2 Bed / 2 Bath well appoinrted villa I would recommend to anyone.

We have just returned home from a great vacation in The Villages. Having been there some years ago we were able to choose a great and central location. In Sabal Chase we were central to three Country Clubs with their Championship courses and restaurants, and many Executive 9 hole courses. The villa was only minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing with it’s shops and restaurants and the free entertainment nightly in the Square. The villa itself was the star of the show. It had recently been redecorated and refurbished and was really tastefully furnished and well equiped. It even came with an electric Golf Cart which was essential. We spoke to the owner by phone and he was anxious that we had everything we needed. Godwilling we will certainly be back.

Great stay

Just spent a month in the Villa. Had a wonderful time. It is beautifully furnished with all you need for a long stay. The private outdoor space is terrific. These Villas are designed to be extremely private, yet are filled with natural light. The location is very convenient, especially to Lake Sumpter Landing. It’s walkable. There are 3 pools nearby. Two are an easy walk. The other is a very short ride by car or golf cart. The owner is very nice and responsive. He clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We liked the Villa so much we have already booked a return visit!

Excellent Landlord!!! Great Stay!

We found the house very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all we would need. The owners parents were wonderful, like friends, replacing a recliner and delivering our mail, just great!!
