非常にオープンワークのスタジオには、キッチンエリア、ウォークインシャワー付きのバスルーム/トイレ、ダイニングエリア、2名用のソファベッド付きラウンジがあります。 140センチメートル寝るメザニン。
テレビ、無線LAN、食器棚、ガーデンテーブル、デッキチェア。
スタジオは、鉄道駅SncfとPoets Parkから徒歩5分、Paul Riquetと大聖堂がある歴史的中心部から10分のところにあります。 徒歩でベジエを訪問し、ミディ運河沿いを歩いて徒歩でロックを見ることができます（10分）。 ボウリング場、レストラン、映画館、ショップが並ぶポリゴンショッピングセンターも近くにあります（10分）。
近くにはバス停や簡単な駐車場があります。 スタジオに近いレンタカー：Hertz、Ada、Avis。 また、ベジエキャップデアジェ空港から出発するシャトルバスは、ベジエのSNCF駅で毎日運行しています。
海は約10kmで、後背地にはハイキングの機会や美しい大修道院があります。 ワイナリーやフェリアデベジエ（毎年8月15日頃）を忘れないでください。

Bezier stay

The accommodation is in a beautiful building as advertised. We had everything we needed and Michele was a very helpful and welcoming host. Ideally situated to explore the area by train, bus, bike, boat and foot. The area had much to offer and we had a great stay.

Very comfortable & by town center!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Michele, the host, was very accommodating and greeted me when I arrived. The apartment is compact & comfortable, quiet and welll-located. Everything functions properly. Definitely recommend & 'hope to stay here again!

Characterful apartment

Lovely old house. Well equipped and clean. Was met by the owner who was very friendly and gave us local information. Well placed for visiting everything in the town. Good rail links and close to the station. Unusual lay out and need to be fit to climb into bed. In an area where local people live but quiet. Loved the little garden.

Amazing, great location.

Michele is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble. Where the studio is located is perfect for getting about. The studio has all that you need, Michele has thought of everything. It's very clean and compact and is a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Situated close to the railway station, where you can get the E bus to Valras Plage that takes 25 mins and is only €1 per person each way. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful sojourn in Béziers

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michèle’s apartment. We were greeted personally at the door. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Michèle even provided us with some cold drinks in the fridge. The location was very convenient, with the train station, some buses and a shopping mall within walking distance. The neighbourhood is also very colourful, with bakeries, simple restaurants and small fruit and vegetable stores nearby. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Béziers. We felt very safe as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect base location for our months stay

The property offered us everything that we needed for our month stay. Our host supplied us with many conditments for the kitchen and bathroom that were greatly appreciated. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed sitting in the sun. Great access to the train station and a short walk to the town center. We enjoyed buying our produce, bread and meat from the local shops. Beziers offers many wonderful sites to visit and with our 2 week car rental it was a perfect location to visit surrounding villages, cities and beaches. The surrounding streets and sidewalks are undergoing major renovations which will greatly enhance the area.

Close to Beziers station

We had a most enjoyable stay. Although we had been warned a couple of weeks beforehand that the house facade would be covered in scaffolding and was being renovated, Michele kindly offered us the apartment on the next floor up instead. This was larger and had the advantage of air conditioning (much needed on some days!), although it still had scaffolding and workmen outside the main window. This worked fine for us. The adjacent area of town is rather run down, but its big advantage is that the station is only a few minutes walk away, with trains travelling in a variety of directions. Beziers itself is fascinating and very ancient, and there are many interesting and beautiful places to visit within an easy train ride. Thank you, Michele, for accommodating us and for making us feel so welcome!

Mdme Michelle lives on site& welcomed us. Flat very well equipped with everything & more. Convenient location very near rail station& 100m to centre. Beautiful old building with garden-area slightly run down but felt safe.

Bel appartement avec un super jardin fleuri (attention aux moustiques...) Niveau emplacement dommage que ce soit dans un quartier peu fréquentable. Heureusement que nous sommes cachés par la végétation. Quelques activités aux alentours assez simpas. Nous recommandons.

Séjour correct

Le studio se situe dans un quartier populaire, calme et à 5min à pied du centre ville. Il y'a tous ce qu'il faut dans le studio. Le seul bémol c'est que le plafon de la mezzanine est trop bas,on s'y déplacer à 4 pattes et risque de chute avec l'échelle pour y accéder.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée d'une vieille bâtisse avec du charme et décoré avec goût, endroit chaleureux et cosy. Seul bémol, l'échelle pour monter a la mezzanine est assez étroite, raide et sans rambardes et cela est dangereux pour des enfants (a noter sur le descriptif de l'annonce). De plus, le petit jardin est mignon mais pas vraiment privatif car il n'y a pas d'accessibilité direct via l'appartement et il n'y a aucune délimitation, tout les résidents passent par l'allée donc aucune intimité, nous n'avons donc malheureusement pas pu en profiter. Le logement était propre a notre arrivée. Situé au plein cœur du centre de Béziers (tout est accessible à pied). Concernant l'hôte, nous avons été très bien accueilli avec des explications sur la ville et boissons dans le frigo. En revanche, le départ a été très désagréable, celui-ci était prévu à 10h30 et l'hôte est venu sonner a la porte a 9h45... Puis, on est limite mis à la porte avec des petites remarques déplacées alors que tout avait été rangé et remis a sa place. Il ne faut pas oublier que les personnes louent et règlent la nuit jusqu'à 10h30 et non 9h45. Dommage de finir sur cette note

Value and convenience.

We arrived by train to find property perfect for exploring further afield with ease. Proximity to the beautiful town a real advantage. The property had all that we required and was perfect for our 13 night stay. Would love to visit again.

A perfect base for a 'green' vacation

This is a very well equpped and comfortable studio apartment conversion in a grand, 18/19c house. Just five minutes walk from Beziers mainline rail station and with easy access to a regional bus depot the apartment is ideally situated as a base for a 'green' regional touring holiday - without a car! Michele a kind, very helpful but unobtrusive host

Le studio est très bien aménagé dans le respect de l'ancien, ce qui lui donne énormément de cachet. Tout le confort y est: salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Zentrale stilvolle Unterkunft

Dank Navi gut gefunden. Wir konnten in der Nähe kostenfrei parken. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten wunderschönen Haus. Davor gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Liegen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es die wichtigsten Dinge wie Kaffee, etc. Das Hochbett ist über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr nett begrüßt worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Clean, cozy and very well equipped.

The studio was great. Very close to the train station, which we wanted. Easy walk into the center of Beziers. The loft with a ladder may be a challenge for some, but we managed well and are in our mid 70's. Kitchen amazing. Loved the garden, bonus in Beziers, as most homes are right on the pavement. Had wonderful two weeks thanks to Michele and her apartment, and the local community.
