Great stay! Our host was very accessible and very helpful.

Visited family in area. We especially loved the pool! Location was perfect for our visit, and we liked the proximity to downtown Chandler.

Amazing location

Great location from Active DT Chandler. The house is also in a safe , gated community.Our host was outstanding with communication on his house and other items we needed.

The Host was amazing and very quick to respond. The property could use some updating and deep cleaning. But overall the stay was good and the Host was great.

Great home when you want to walk to downtown Chandler AZ

Great location. Quiet gated neighborhood. Host was easy to contact and remedy any problems. Nice pool.

Good location, very nice pool

Third time here and it’s a very convenient place to stay in the Chandler area. Darren is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Pool is a great plus!

Terrific location and home!

I have friends nearby that came over from time to time to swim, but I work remotely and working from the patio was a dream! Sunny everyday and so much to do close by!

Nice home in great neighborhood

One week stay to visit relatives/grandkids near by. Home was very nice and the pool was enjoyed by all. Good location with short drives to multiple tourist attractions. Would definitely come back in the future.

The owner was responsive when issues came up during our stay. There was bottled water in the fridge when we arrived which was nice. Eateries within a mile. A/C worked well. We have stayed at numerous rentals while vacationing and this place was by far not what we have experienced before. kitchen counters were dirty, second bedroom had numerous dust bunnies on the floor. The place needs deep cleaning. It took almost a week to get the pool clear enough to feel like we could get in. We won’t be returning to this house again.

Chandler AZ trip

The property was as described. We really enjoyed the pool. We walked to downtown Chandler several times which was just a few short blocks. Much better than driving and trying to find a place to park on the weekends! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great house to unwind and to host friends.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Chandler. The house was clean and well stocked. With the extra table, it made a great place for us to play games with our friends, without having to pick things up when we ate. The house was very close to many great eating places and centrally located for visiting with all of our friends in the area. Darren responded quickly to all questions and problems that we had. We would love to come back!

Rough start, good finish

We rented the property for 4 weeks starting January 1, 2023. The host, Darren, was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We did have several water issues the first week but they were all resolved within a day or so. No issues with access and the home was in pretty good shape.

A great place to rest!

This property comes exactly as advertised! There were no surprises after we checked in . Unlike other places we have stayed at where the listing pictures didn't match the current state of the property, this was not the case with this property. I had contacted Darren initially with some questions and he was very quick to answer. I had indicated that the pool loungers were worn and Darren replaced them in less than 48 hrs. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The pool was clean, well maintained and an excellent addition to our vacation. We have already booked our stay for next year & would highly recommend this property.

This property SHOULD NOT be a VRBO listing!!!!

Filthy and I have plenty of pictures to share. Frankly I could not believe it! The counters were filthy, the pool was disgusting. The shower barely worked. Looking at the pictures you think what a great spot. Location YES it was great. The bed had a piece of foam under the fitted sheet. Lumpy horrible, my husband and I slept in separate rooms. Even the coffeemaker was gross. We’ve had plenty experiences using VRBO and never seen a property this poorly maintained. Such a shame great location.

Will not be staying again

I have been here twice before when things were better managed and maintained. I arranged for the pool to be heated and paid extra for it, only to find out the heater broke before my arrival and the owner was aware but never informed me to give me a chance to book elsewhere. He did refund me the heating fee I paid, only After I Asked. Floors were filthy, ice machine broke and removed, garage door opens at night by a nearby neighbor so you wake up to open garage door and the smell of weed was strong whenever I went in the backyard. Bottom line- not what it used to be. Couldn’t enjoy the pool nor yard. Location is the only thing going for it.

Great property in convenient location

Second time staying here and I would highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay in the Chandler area. Nice neighborhood and handy to shopping and entertainment. Wonderful time spent here!

Perfect Chandler location

Perfect family get together house. Just husband and I stayed but had family over to swim and BBQ. Clean accommodations, plenty of seating for the fam, comfortable beds and owner very responsive. Had a couple minor issues and they were quick to respond and remedy issues. Overall great stay and we would definitely stay here on future trips to Arizona. One caveat is pic of coffee shows K-cups so we got several flavors and it’s a completely different system that’s does not take kcups. It’s a Bosch Tassimo for all you coffee lovers.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, we loved the pool! Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds. Only issue, was the hot water heater seemed to not be working well. 😒 Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
