Central location

We enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located to where we needed to be. The remodel of the place was great. We enjoyed it! Quiet neighborhood and a lovely pool!

Nice home!

Great house, very convenient location. With small children they had multiple bed options, crib and pack n play available as well as a high chair. It was also nice that both bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. Google maps does take you to the wrong parking lot bringing you to the back of the unit so watch for that.

Great Condo!

5 stars! We have stayed at this Condo for multiple trips to Chandler and would highly recommend it for a family traveling with children. The split floor plan and provided baby accessories such as a crib, high chair, and bathtub make it incredibly friendly and easy for parents. It was such a relief to have these items readily available, allowing us to travel lighter and ensure our little ones were comfortable. As usual, the condo was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. We appreciate the effort put into maintaining such a clean and welcoming space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep for everyone in the family. It's such a pleasure to have such a comfortable and cozy place to return to after a long day of exploring. The updated amenities were a delightful surprise. It's clear that the owners have put thought into making their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. The modern amenities added a touch of luxury, and it was great to have them at such an affordable price point. We especially appreciated the covered parking, especially during the unexpected rain on our trip. It provided convenience and peace of mind, knowing that our car was protected. The location of the condo is fantastic. A 15-minute walk to downtown Chandler allowed us to explore the area on foot and experience the local atmosphere. Alternatively, a quick 4-minute drive took us there in no time. The proximity to downtown was a huge plus for us, as we could easily access restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Overall, we can't recommend this condo enough to anyone staying in the area. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our family trips to Chandler all the more enjoyable. The thoughtful amenities, convenient location, and family-friendly features make it a top choice for families traveling with children. We look forward to staying here again on our future visits to Chandler.

Excellent Accommodations

This owner thought of EVERYTHING! Extra sheet options, pillows, coffee, crib!, Brita in the fridge, sanitizer, soap, additional folding chair, brought us a high chair… the list goes on. Beds were comfortable. Decor was really thoughtful. It felt like we were in a home. Super easy access. Condo area I would rate 4 out of 5 just based on aesthetics of buildings around (older) but this unit was modern and beyond my expectations. Stellar owner! I’d definitely book again - made our trip very easy.

Diamond in the Rough

This townhome itself was very clean and nice! It had all of the amenities river expect for a short term stay. The interior was well decorated and felt very comfortable. When I'm away I enjoy cooking a meal to make me feel more at home. And the kitchen had adequate enough pots and pans but no baking dish... the cooking utensils seemed very cheap. Like something you might pick up at the dollar store. Also the coffee maker seems to be the cheapest available. It did not have a timer for an automatic brew. That is a bit frustrating when you look forward to a fresh cup of coffee as soon as you wake up.. other than those two minor things which I would consider a personal preference item the stay was great. The only other thing that I would say about the location itself is it seems to be in an area that is not well-kept.

This rental was perfect for my family. It was what we needed for our large group. The beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. The setup was great having 2 full bathrooms made all the difference when we had to get ready for our event.
