Visit to Jerusalem

My wife, son and I spent 5 nights at this apartment in Jerusalem. The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and extremely well located. Parking onsite was very convenient and easy to use. We highly recommend staying here.

Loved the apartment but had negative interaction with the property manager

We actually loved our stay in the apartment but had a negative interaction with the property manger after we left. We were called after leaving and were accused of damaging the floor. There were what appeared to be drip marks possibly made by a cleaning product. I noticed the marks at the beginning of our stay but didn't point it out or mention it during our walk through with the manger, believing they were permanent. The property manger didn't believe me when I told her there was no way we could have created the marks during our stay. (We didn't handle any chemical products) As I couldn't prove to her we didn't do it, I accepted the extra charge for the repair. After all of this I found a picture that did prove the marks were there upon our arrival. I have requested several times that the extra charge be refunded, but it hasn't.

Good trip to Jerusalem.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is so centrally located that we could wake to many of the key sites in the city. The apartment was perfect.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The management group was fantastic with communication. The check in process was seamless and they even communicated with us during the week to make sure everything was going well. They created a WhatsApp group for our stay that had all the needed info and more!! The apartment was clean, as pictured and in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again!

There are no words to describe how immaculate this apartment is. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully fitted out and the position is the best! Wish that every apartment I stayed in was as good as this. Chava and Sharon were a pleasure and always so helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Jerusalem 11/10!
