Dear Jane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our house. We appreciate your input, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the great location of the property. I must first mention how disappointed we are with your Complete disregard for the “NO PET”rule. Leaving dog poop on neighbors property and a poop 💩 bag at the front door. Most importantly I have a property team available at all times so that we can address any concerns a renter may have. Our cell phone numbers are posted by your welcome package. If you had just mentioned it we could of quickly and easily replaced the umbrella and repaired the table. Being oceanfront the umbrellas often need replacing so we always have NEW deck umbrellas stored in the garage. The washer and dryer are new, you just had the dryer on the wrong setting “eco” instead of “normal.” Regarding the waffle iron this is not the standard of cleanliness and functionality we strive to maintain. We will review our cleaning and maintenance procedures with my property managers so to prevent such oversights in the future.

I have to agree that being 100 ft to Charlie's market and walking distance to some good restaurants makes it feel like a true vacation. Having spent so many summers in this area, I'm so glad that I can share it with others We pride ourselves in making the house accomodating as possible.
