Beautiful ocean front home in desirable Normandy Beach. Enjoy the multiple decks, which feature spectacular views, and ocean breezes. Two levels with three bedrooms 3 1/2 baths with: one queen bed, two full beds, a king bed in a primary suite that offers a private office and balcony on second floor. Two queen pullout beds on the first floor. Enjoy the expansive open concept living area for relaxing with family and friends. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, central air, Wi-Fi and cable. We purchased brand new mattresses and beds that you will find comfortable. This property has a garage and driveway for ample parking. You are able to access the beach via a private crossover. This home is oceanfront and close to town of Normandy, Bay Beach, Normandy Yacht Club, Mantoloking, Bay Head and oceanfront.

Kitchen: Upgraded Stainless Steal Appliances with ample amounts of cutlery, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, crockpot, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, cleaning products, trash bags, lightbulbs, detergent, plastic-wear, corkscrews, beverage mixers, lobster/crab crackers, and new pots/pans.

Patio/Beach: Most if not all patio furniture is placed on the patio for your arrival. This includes gas grille, dining table for eight, 2-patio umbrellas (might be located in garage), 4-Adirondack chairs, and 2-lounge chairs. Extra gas propane tanks are found in the garage. In the garage is an ample supply of beach chairs (4-mid height upright chairs and 4 lower), 4-beach umbrellas, 6-bicycles, hammocks, sand toys, boogie boards and beach games. 8 beach badges. If you have suggestions please let us know.
Foosball table in the garage.
The bikes are great for a quick trip to the store. Or you can enjoy an indoor Peloton spinning session on the newly delivered Peloton stationary bike. The Peloton bike is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach cruisers are located in the garage. The Peloton bike is located in the office off of the master bedroom suite.

House is protected with alarm and security cameras. Alarm will be disarmed at time of check in and armed at time of checkout. If a false alarm is triggered a fee of $500 maybe imposed. The security cameras are located on the perimeter of the house and inside the garage for protection.

Cleaning fee included in pricing unless an additional charge needs to be added after checkout if guests/tenants have not adhered to checkout guidelines or have broken house rules.

**Guests/Tenants are responsible for their own sheets, bathing and beach towels.
You can order linens through a local linen provider or bring your own. Estimated cost for a weeks stay if you elect to use a local linen service you can expect to pay $100 for complete sets for all sleeping arrangements. If you add bath towels another $100 and beach towels about $60.

Family Get away

Beautiful beach home!

We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The primary bedroom is great, with a connected office. The living area is spacious and very clean. Would recommend!

Early Summer Getaway

This property is beautiful. Our family of six stayed after attending a funeral and it was just what we needed. It is right at the beach. The house has everything you need from making a delicious dinner to having a great time on the beach. We will absolutely be staying again in the future.

Fantastic

We had a terrific stay. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The house is beautiful and in an incredible location. Superior views and quick access to glorious beach. Everything was clean. The house is very well stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to connect and support our stay. I cannot say enough good things.

Great location in Normandy Beach

We really enjoyed our stay! It's currently the off-season but my fiancée and I were looking for a change of scenery. This property has everything you want in a beach house. Plenty of space, great kitchen and outdoor deck area. Even though it doesn't have direct beach access from the property, there are access points feet from the house in either direction. Very easy to get onto the beach. It's located minutes from local restaurants and bars, that are open even in the off season. Also, being a pet friendly property meant that we were about to bring our dog along with us. Tim was a great host with great communication. We would absolutely rent this property again!

What a wonderful 2 week stay! The house is beautiful- pictures being accurate! I cant say enough about the large deck leading you out onto a beautiful and large sand beach. The life guard stand was a perfect spot for morning coffee and quiet conversations-even some dolphin sightings! The sand beach has a dune walk and in a hop, skip, and jump -you are on the beach! We tend to be over packers so having the chairs, bikes, castle building supplies, surf and boogie boards accessible was super! Check-in was easy peasy. The house was clean. The owners were easy to work with, accessible and responsive. The only thing better than a day at the beach with your family, is two weeks together! I did not want to leave. Waking up in the master bedroom to the sunrise every morning- granted sometimes I just sat up, looked out the window from the bed, and went back to sleep- was a wonderful way to start the day. Restaurants and an awesome market are in walking distance- one and 1/2 blocks!- the market has a great butcher and anything you can need. So if you don’t feel like cooking a bite out is right around the corner. But don’t forget to hit Crabs Claw Inn a couple of miles away ( short bike ride) for some yummy seafood and great service. This trip was on my bucket list to share time with my family at the beach and it exceeded my expectations. House- spaciousCleanEverything accessible Various seating options - indoor and outdoor

Wonderful stay at this Ocean Front Home with family!

We will return for certain! Waking up each morning to a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean from a sprawling master bedroom was priceless! Tim was quick to answer questions throughout the pre and during our stay and flexible when we needed a last minute change. Great family layout with all the Amenities. Clean- well stocked- 5 star!

Great property, great location and amazing views!

We had a great stay at this home. The view of the ocean from all floors was amazing. We saw dolphins in the water multiple times during the week. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking (Patti’s Kitchen was a two minute walk - great for breakfast). There is a pathway to the beach one minute from the house which was great for taking walks to the beach with our young children and elderly grandmother. The homeowner was incredibly communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would jump at a chance to rent again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Lisa’s property. The house was perfect, extremely clean, comfortable, with superb views of the ocean. It was a pleasure communicating with Lisa and Tim before our stay and they quickly answered all questions. We also very much appreciated the large and equipped kitchen, and grilling on the deck right on the water. We would visit again in a heartbeat and hope we can return soon! Thank you, Tim and Lisa!
