My husband Stan passed away April 29 and had planned this trip for the four of us to come but just my daughter and I stayed there it was very beautiful and last trip my husband planned. Thank you very much. One of the rocker recliner was broken kind of sideways.

Long weekend with family

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love the convenience to Dillon Amphitheater and the bike paths. All of our stays have been wonderful and very easy.

Beautiful Views

We found the condo a pleasant spot. We were within a short distance to family members we visited. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the concerts at Dillon amphitheater from our patio. 1st floor with no steps made it very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Location!

The stay was great. We usually stay in frisco bit because of going to 2 concerts at the dillon amphitheater we wanted to try Dillon. The location for this property is perfect for concerts. We will definately be staying in the future when we fine more concerts we want to come to.

Great Location

Apartment is in a great location overlooking Lake Dillon and quick drives to all the local mountains. The place is clean and well-kept.

Ski trip

Great location for Summit County skiing. Ground floor condo made it easy to load and unload our baggage. Good quality internet and TV.

An Excellent Stay

We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. The condo is located in the center of Dillon on the first floor with convenient parking. It’s easy walking distance to the amphitheater, the marina and restaurant.

Anniversary Weekend in Dillon

We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the Condo. The proximity to Dillon Dam Rd. (to launch our kayaks) and to hiking trails were a real plus for us. Kitchen appliances were updated as was the bathroom. Furnishings were a bit worn. All in all we had a nice anniversary weekend.

Great Location

Great location and views. Loved sitting out on the porch watching people and all the boats on the lake. Easy parking and no stairs to climb was a definite plus for us. Easy walk to restaurants, amphitheater, and marina. Rec path right there for biking or walking.

Beautiful view

Couldn’t beat that we were right on Lake Dillon with beautiful views. Had a problem with a busted pipe that leaked into the condo from the outside but management was there to clean up pronto. Would stay there again

Great View and Location

We really enjoyed our stay... Great view, perfect location, comfortable bed and furniture + all the cooking and laundry amenities in the unit. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed in Dillon - we'd definitely stay here again. Only complaints - the neighbors above us were pretty noisy really early in the mornings and some curtains in the bedroom would help for those that like to sleep in while on vacation.

THE VIEW!

OMG, the view from there is absolutely amazing. I could have sat on that outdoor patio for days!. The kitchen was big enough and well equipped. Plenty of space never felt cramped. Walking distance to trails and a couple of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again

Great location

Great location. Directly across from the Dillon Amphitheater and beautiful view of the lake. Beautiful large shower, new kitchen appliances. Disappointed that the window latches were broken and no screen on front door---really need a cross breeze in summer.

Great location and amenities.

We were across the street from the amphitheater with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis. As older travelers we really appreciated the recliners and reclining sofa (my husband can't sleep in a flat bed any more). Kitchen is well equipped--baked bread twice. And, it was really nice to have the gas grill on the deck. We want to visit again and bring our dog.

Summer in Dillon

Everything went very smooth. The condo is very clean with a great view of the lake. Enjoyed evening concerts at the amphitheater directly across the street. It was July and it got a little warm at times in the condo without A/C. Great experience.

Perfect pandemic getaway

This was an excellent setup for my 2 small kids and I. The condo was clean, and felt very spacious for its size. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Skyrun was accommodating and checked on us without being intrusive. Especially important during these times. And, of course, the view was perfect ? Overall, I had zero complaints and would stay there again.

amazing location!

cute spot in an amazing location, right across the street from dillon amp. would have given it 5 stars but we had to deal with a mess left behind when we arrived. someone had been painting and the brush, tools and mess were left behind including both trash cans filled w water that we had to dump. the chairs and table were pushed away and some of the decor was sitting on the counter.
