Reviewer Comments:
We had a quick overnight stay in unit 111 and were quite comfortable. (Just so you know, the fireplace is marked as not operational, and an ice bin for the refrigerator freezer would be useful.) But the unit was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It faces the east end of Dillon Lake (and highway 6/Keystone beyond), and although described as a studio, has two bedrooms that can be mostly separated by a bi-fold door and curtain. The full bath is accessible to the interior bedroom, which also has separate hallway access, and the lake-facing bedroom can access the 3/4 bathroom that is adjacent to the unit entry and kitchen/living area. There is a large toaster, crock pot, numerous electric fans, and other furnishings. We did not use the hot tub in the building's basement, or the pool, which was covered during rainy/cool weather. The condo building is a bit older, but the condo unit is very well furnished and maintained.
