This fabulous single family home checks all the boxes for a great stay in Savannah. You are located close to the famous Forsyth Park in a brand new single family home with a beautiful courtyard and off street parking. Walk in to a modern open concept living room, dining, and kitchen. Complete with hard wood floors, beautiful light fixtures, and a gorgeous kitchen island, granite counters, stainless appliances and a lots of storage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside deck or entertain with cocktails in the courtyard. A spacious Master suite on the second floor and two more guest rooms with guest bath you will have plenty of places for the whole family. Walk to shopping, restaurants, and coffee in the neighborhood or catch the free shuttle from the park just two blocks down and ride down to the river for a dinner cruise or catch a show at the Savannah Theatre. Wonderful stay! This is the nicest home i have stayed in. Very well decorated, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, Very convenient to everything. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The reserved parking spot off the street was very convenient. The only confusion was getting to the back for the parking spot due to one way streets. That could have been explained better in check-in. Also instructions for thermostat, TV and program coffee maker. Definitely recommend!

Great property in a really great city. We loved our stay here. From the hubbub of River Street to the cool vibes of neighborhood places, the location was perfect for exploring all that Savannah has to offer. Communication with the host was easy and instructive, and the home was immaculate, well-kept, and comfortable. All the comforts of home are here, including little things like toiletries and kitchen necessities. We have stayed in many VRBOs across the country, but few have matched the overall excellence of the Gwinnett Cottage. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

Friends gathered and enjoyed this property. Location is great and it is a bonus to have parking in the back. Very clean, comfortable mattresses, and a lovely back terrace.

It was a wonderful stay. Can walk to many historic houses, restaurants. Great courtyard area. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Easy entrance. Easy walk to DOT free bus. Would definitely stay here again
