South shore beauty

A beautiful location on the south shore overlooking Poipu Beach and shipwrecks. Condo was beautifully laid out and had all the amenities one could want. Comfy beds, beautiful view, fantastic weather.

My family of four loved the view, location, and accommodations! Shipwreck beach is beautiful, and we enjoyed lovely walks along the rocky coast. The management company is top notch!

The location was very nice. Beautiful sunrises and surrounding landscaping. Our unit had a gorgeous view but needs upgrades. Sliding doors in upstairs bedroom and living area out to decks are difficult to move. Air conditioning units in bedrooms were helpful but quite noisy.

Beautiful!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Very clean, comfortable, and felt updated/new. The location is wonderful (nice being by the Hyatt and less busy shipwreck beach), and the views are epic. Would highly recommend.

Unbelievable views!

The accommodations were great. It was too humid and hot in Kauai but that was not anyone’s fault but our own for not visiting in December. Loved the views!

If you’re going to stay in Poipu don’t look any further - choose this property. Best of the many we’ve stayed at in Poipu. Plus management by Parrish is the very best on Kauai. No one else comes close.

Just Breathtaking View!

The unit was just perfect for a family of four adults. They provided us with towels, water toys, ice chest, and beach chairs. Walking distance to the Beach. The sound of the waves, wind, and sometimes rain was amazing.

Views are stunning

Perfect location for watching the sunrise in December. We also watched whales and dolphins from the lanai. Waves crashing made for a perfect sound machine to fall asleep to. Suggest taking the heritage trail which is a short 5 minute walk to the start to watch the sunset from the bluff. The only thing we would change is that bright lights from the hotel light up the lanai more than we would have liked.

Spring Break 2023

Check in was easy! Updated condo. Very clean when arrived. I was unaware of no air conditioning so when arrived it was very hot and muggy inside. With fans on & windows open things did cool off. Overall it was a good experience. I’m level balcony view was gorgeous.

Exceeded expectations!

Beautiful property! Perfect location for easy beach access. Nice pathed walkway along the beach. Condo had everything we needed, including beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the whales jump.

Great location - amazing view. Property a little tired

You could not get a better location and view for the area. The sunrises where just stunning watching from either of the two decks at the property. Given Covid check-in process was relatively straight-forward. The property is clean and fully functional. Just a little tired and worn in some areas - e.g. Carpets to upstairs bedroom/bathroom.

Great place to stay. Grateful for cooler, beach chairs in closet. A few items for future guests: toaster took Forever and barely toasted-could stand a new one, no colander to drain pasta in kitchen, no washcloths or extra towels upstairs..

Great location!

Perfect place to wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Easy access to the nearby hotel (Hyatt) and great walking paths/trails taught in front of the property. Very glad we stayed there
