This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

Our units are described, photographed and rated so you can pick the perfect island home for you and your family.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. On site pool isnt great but we loved the athletic club access with pool. Just had to drive to it but was worth it too us.

The decor and the ocean view was five star. The accessibility of the property was a problem especially for people with difficulty on stairs. There was no way for a person in a wheelchair or walker to access the property. This should be clearly disclosed. The parking was challenging and not always available. The beds were uncomfortable.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is located on a picture perfect small cliff overlooking the ocean. We saw sea turtles every day. It’s conveniently located near several beaches and dining. The sunsets and stars were stunning! Perfect for a family of four! We will most definitely be back.

Fantastic views

This property is amazing! Great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The views are outstanding, we could watch dolphins and sea turtles from the patio. The property was immaculate and stocked with everything we could need for our trip. Communication was great and management checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations, clean, everything you could want for a Hawaiian vacation. The location was amazing with ocean view and beach within walking distance. Will definitely book again next time we visit.

Spectacular View

This place is amazing, and we would definitely stay here again. Due to some flight delays, we arrived at night. We woke the next morning to an incredible view of the ocean. The location of this unit was ideal. It is close to the pool and barbeque. It's also on the first floor, which made it easy to walk out and watch the sea turtles come and go. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for us to eat most of our meals at home. The only problem I could see is if someone is larger or has mobility issues because there are stairs, and the shower is on the smaller side. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

Great views & perfect for a group of 4!

This condo is super clean and has fantastic views of the ocean. We ordered take out and had nice meals on the lanai relaxing and watching the sunset. Kitchen has many appliances (coffee maker/french press/coffee grinder/blender) and there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. You can see turtles right outside the property in the ocean every day. There are nearby walking trails for an early morning or late afternoon hike along the ocean. I was worried the two boys in the family at 6ft and 6'3' would be uncomfortable in the twin beds but they both said they slept great and the beds were comfortable. Mini split AC units in the bedroom for a cool nights sleep. Parking is easy in a parking structure. We had the best family trip and would book again!

Property has a beautiful view and the lovely (but faint) booming sound of the surf at night. We made sure to eat outside for breakfast every morning. The décor was eclectic, fun, and attractive, and appealed to the whole family. I never saw a single insect inside. I had a few questions and my calls were always answered right away, and staff was polite and knowledgeable On the downside, the pool was small and had leaves in it, but I didn't come to Kauai to swim in a pool, so it was a moot point. Parking garage was a little tough to navigate due to the reinforcing pillar placement, but doable. I would absolutely stay there again.

30th Anniversary

We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time the property and the condo only improve. It’s such a special and really great value as we’ve stayed at a number of condos in the islands and this one is simply one of the top experiences.

Poipu Oceanfront Vacation

The condo was extremely well appointed. The main thing that I would change is the entrance to the unit. It was poorly lit. Even though there was a motion sensor, small light lose to the door knob/ lock box, it was very hard to see the numbers on the lock box. Also, we selected this unit based on it being on the ground level, but, there were a lot of stairs to traverse still. One of us uses a cane when walking. But, overall, we enjoyed the accommodations very much.

Location was perfect. Unit was older but updated kitchen. Pool is kinda a waste but has it. I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful view. Condo was updated, sooo clean, furnished beautifully. All utencils , appliances great. All supplies for beach there. Quiet. I'm a senior citizen . So hard for me with no handrails or elevator.

Love Kauai

The property is very well maintained. Absolutly great view of the water and surrounding area. They provided everything needed for our stay. Having a full kitchen and laundry set up was perfect. The pool is just purfect to cool off in. We have been to all of the islands and find Kauai the most restfull of all. We would highly recommend this property for 2 to 4 persons.

Family vacation

We had a great experience overall. We already planning our next trip for next year. We loved that we waked up every morning to have coffee to watch the sunrise, turtles and dolphins at the back of the property.

Beautiful!

Beautiful spot!! We saw turtles and dolphins daily off the Lanai. Pretty central location so easy to visit all parts of the island. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Poipu beach. Would absolutely stay again, we loved it!
