Perfect place to spend time with the family

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Plenty of room for our family and the community pool and hot tub were an added bonus for sure. Communication with Ron was Excellent!We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect for Us!

This was the perfect place for us, great location to everything. Property mangers were very easy to work with and patient! The property itself is starting to show its age a little around the edges but the kitchen and living room were big, open and very nice. If you dont do stairs this would not work for you - three floors - with rooftop lounge are! My favorite thing was the always open pool and hot tub. we went down at midnight it was awesome! Highly recommend this place - we will go back many more times! thank you Diamond folks for our great family memories!

Diamond Point retreat

Fabulous spot away from the busy downtown and across the highway from Ghost Isle brewery. The three-floor townhome was 50 ft from the clubhouse, which had a well maintained pool and hot tub. Most of the time we had it to ourselves! Yes, there are really as many decks as shown in the pics. High school tennis courts 5 mins (drive- walk the back roads and it would take 15 mins) away too! Great for older kids - plenty of space to not be with parents. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Week Away

This was an amazing stay for a family of six. We were close driving distance to all the attractions. Plus, having townhome with lots of room provided great chance for everyone to spread out an relax. The true highlight was the indoor pool house and hot tub. We used at least once a day include late at night for swims and rarely saw any other swimmers. Exceeded expectations. Worth every penny.

Perfect spot for family gathering

The unit is three floors with three bedrooms , each with their own bath. Condo was clean and well supplied. The recreation center was a hit with the teenagers There is a large heated pool with lots of toys. The manager, Ron, was extremely helpful and always available. It was a nice spot for a family gathering. .

Excellent

We had such a great stay here. It was very clean, had plenty of room for all our kids and the rooftop deck was the best part. The indoor pool and hot tub were such a great feature! Would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay. If you have littles that can’t do stairs you might not want to stay here.

The location of the property was great! Just a quick drive to the downtown new buffalo area. The townhouse was also a few short steps to the hot tub.

Wonderful stay with family

Our family enjoyed our stay at Diamond Point #21, particularly the indoor pool. Condo was squeaky clean and Waya Rentals Service was outstanding. Other than a wasp nest mishap on the roof deck (which Waya staff quickly removed) our two week stay was perfect.

Relaxing huge condo on Red Arrow Highway

This is conveniently located and a quick drive but not downtown New Buffalo. It’s huge, clean. All the comforts of home. The rooftop deck needs work and it wouldn’t take a lot to make it fabulous. I was mystified as to why the owners let that go, considering the rest of the condo. The grill needs cleaning. Badly. Didn’t use it even though we planned to grill steaks. Pool is steps away from this condo. It is just o.k. For the price- you’re paying for space not beauty.

Disappointing

Map was wrong when I booked but it was changed later and after the cancelation policy. I've been using VRBO for years and never had to verify map. Toilet was clogged when we got there. Only 1 Garage bag. Dishes left in dishwasher. Loose outlet in the kitchen. No water pressure in kitchen sink. Missing cushions on patio deck. Missing light bulbs for out door deck. Screen off track so hard to open. Upper deck boards loose and sticking up. On busy road so very noisy and near train tracks.

Wonderful Property

We enjoyed our stay in New Buffalo. The property was away from a lot of the crowds, which is a good thing. But we were still close enough to partake in New Buffalo activities. The home was lovely and plenty of room for 5 of us.

Family Vacation

Property is exactly as shown on the listing. Even tho we were there in the middle of summer, we actually did use the indoor pool as well. It was a nice respite from the beach. Location is great; close to highway to check out other towns, and also to all the fun things to do in New Buffalo. We had a great time!

Really enjoyed our stay. All linens were provided which was nice. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Location and roof top deck were great. Only complaint is that the roof top deck furniture was not set up and there were not cushions for all the chairs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
