The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with easy access to various amenities. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the beach and right next to the Amtrak station. You can enjoy a workout in the fitness room or take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools. Gated parking provides added security, and it’s all just off Main Street, making shopping and dining a breeze. What I enjoy most is the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility, with everything you need right at your fingertips.
It’s also a summer community with options for many different summer and autumn activities.
Summer Recreational Activities:
• Beach Activities: Swimming, sunbathing, beach volleyball, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
• Boating and Sailing: Rent boats, jet skis, or take sailing lessons.
• Fishing: Freshwater fishing in nearby lakes and rivers.
• Cycling: Bike rentals and scenic bike trails.
• Hiking: Explore nature trails and nearby parks.
• Golfing: Several local golf courses to choose from.
• Outdoor Concerts and Festivals: Enjoy live music and local festivals.
