My daughters , grandson & I were very thrilled about the location how the house was layed out, the use of the kitchen, several bathrooms, use of lawnchairs * even the fire pit. Towels were plentiful & the upstairs shower w/the pebble floor was very refreshing. We had no complaints, delighyed the whole stay..would love to stay w/Joanne's house again.

We were a group of five women friends having a "girl's week". The house and location were perfect for us! Plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably, make & share food, sit on the deck to talk, and easily walk to York Beach Village & Short Sands Beach. Wonderfully clean, kitchen is fully stocked, having linens on the bed is such a nice perk, and they’re cotton! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, even a buggy to bring things to the beach which is super close by. Will definitely be back!

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’arrivée s’est faite sans souci, les installations étaient exactement comme décrites, et la gentillesse de notre hôte a rendu notre séjour encore plus merveilleux. Un vrai rêve éveillé. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir ! / Everything was perfect from start to finish. The arrival went smoothly, the facilities were exactly as described, and the kindness of our host made our stay even more wonderful. A true dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house and excellent location!

The house was just as described and the pictures listed. Clean and fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beds were so comfortable and the entire house was warm and welcoming! Joanne was super friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to short sands and downtown, there is a shortcut right outside the house (have to cross Rt 1 and lift strollers or carts over rocks but shaves off a little bit of miles and time). For the lobster lovers, order from Off The Boat Lobster and they steam em for ya. (Cash only) Joanne has all you need for eating and enjoying! Best lobster ever! Outdoor shower was amazing to rinse off the sand! Highly recommend for families to have a nice getaway and hit the beach/shops/restaurants.

Wonderful family vacation home

Our family (7 adults and 1 infant) enjoyed our 5-day stay. It was an easy walk to the zoo, beach and shops. The grounds were lovely and the house was fully equipped with supplies and necessities. Joanne was very helpful throughout the process.

York family vacation

We had a great time at Joanne’s place! There was 10 of us…6 adults and our 4 grandsons from 10 yrs old to 7 months. There was plenty of space for all. I especially liked the outside space… grilling area with places to eat, great fire pit..outside shower and lawn area for games. The porches were awesome. The house was immaculate and had everything we might want. The walk to long sands was @ 15 minutes or a quick ride by car. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Joanne, hope to be back!!

Beautiful Home

It was a perfect place for our get together. Us 6 woman had plenty of space and a good time was had by all. Joanne welcomed us, showed us around the place and was very accommodating. Home was easy access to Ogunquit and York.

Beautiful property

Lovely spot and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese at the pond. If the weather had been better we would have really enjoyed the fire pit area. It’s a really nice neighborhood and everything is a short drive. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Love the fireplace and open concept living area! Thank you for a great stay!
