この魅力的な3ベッドルームのコテージは、有名なロングサンズビーチからわずか3ブロックです。 に歩いて、朝と夕方にビーチで散歩にあなたの犬を連れて行き、一日を過ごすためにそこにあなたのビーチチェア＆ゲームを取るのが理想的です。 サーファーを見たり、散歩に出かけたり、ただ座ったりリラックスしたりしましょう。

コテージでは、前庭にピクニック用のテーブルとグリルが置かれた小さなパティオエリア、そしてゲームを楽しんだり火の穴の周りに座ったりするための広い裏庭があります。 1階に1つの寝室と2階に2つの追加の寝室があります。 1つのベッドルームにはダブルベッドと2つのシングルベッドがあります。 リネンが用意されています。

The property was welcoming to pets - which my pup Tugboat loved. The cottage was quiet and relaxing and had everything that I needed.The location was fantastic for a quick walk to Long Sand beach.Really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to doing it again in the future

The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable. Location was great; could walk to Long Sands Beach in 5 minutes. The host was quick to answer any questions. I have already recommended this quaint little cottage to several friends with plans to visit York Beach.

This is a wonderful vacation house! It is so close to the beach, has front area with table to sit at, and a big yard which isn't common, and inside is nice and clean. We live close by, so brought our own linens and towels, but when the listing says have everything they really do! towels, linens, blankets, all the bathroom supplies you could need so if you are traveling it lightens what you need to bring.

Great location, with just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is clean and quaint and can sleep 8 comfortably. The host is very responsive! Definitely worth the money!

We loved our visit and appreciated how close the location was to long sands beach. Mt Agamenticus, Short Sands beach and kittery were all a very easy drive, as is ogunquit. The property is recessed from the main road and the neighborhood is very quiet, so you won’t run into the crowds and noise that you will experience in other locations. We also appreciated being able to have a full kitchen for meals when we didn’t want to go out. DoorDash also had a surprising amount of great options and the delivery times were great. We used this service for both meals and groceries.

Great dog friendly place near long sands

The place is actually nicer than the photos! Such a short walk to long sands beach. Cottage was well stocked with essentials—paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towels, kitchen gear. The living area was very comfortable with many board games and books. The upstairs sitting area was a bonus with another tv . The firepit outside looked great, but we didn’t get to use it-the weather didn’t really cooperate with us this weekend. The fact that we could bring our dog was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for the quintessential beach cottage in York, look no further!

Nice little place but with emphasis on little, we were just two adults with our pet, and we were fine but 8, no way! We appointed and great walk down to the beach, went in late fall so no crowds!

Wonderful long weekend at the cottage. It's a short walk to Long Sands Beach, and our pup thoroughly enjoyed his first vacation with us!

Good beach area cottage

Cute quaint cottage house in a nice and safe neighborhood. House was clean, has comfortable beds and plenty of space for 5 people. The kitchen is stocked with all types of cooking utensils including many nice new pots and pans and newer coffee maker. Walk to Long Sands beach is an easy 4-5 minute straight shot walk down the road, although having a wagon would be a bonus. The owner was kind with providing needed information for payments and check-in/check-out.

Convenient location. Clean and well kept. Bed mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and the seating in the living room could be better.

Wonderful stay!

York beach is one of my favorite places and Sharon’s home is a terrific place to relax and be very comfortable. Sharon is a wonderful host and the cabin has everything you need for a lovely beach stay. We plan on staying again next summer!

Charming and confortable

The house has an old-time charm. It is bigger than what one might expect from the pictures. The beach is a short 5 minutes walk. We were lucky to have nice weather, so we enjoyed the backyard very much. I would love to come back.

Family reunion

Home had all we need for our stay and more. Home was clean and property well maintained. After a day at the beach we would come back and enjoy a nice dinner on the front deck.
