ビーチリゾートには4つのアパートメントと1つのスタジオがあります。 当リゾートはケープコーラルの中心部、フォートマイヤーズとケープコーラルを結ぶ南ケープコーラルブリッジの近くにあります。 フロリダの観光スポットやビーチへは車で素早くアクセスするのに理想的な場所です。 ケープコーラルビーチに近接しているため、ビーチでの滞在を短くしたり、近くのバーやレストランで夜を過ごすこともできます。

私たちのアパートは、個別にデザインされ、絶対的なプライバシーを提供する、簡単に建てられる複合施設内にあります。

各アパートメントには専用のテラスと日光浴用のエリアがあり、ビーチの雰囲気が漂っています。 温水スパと統合された席がある巨大なプールエリアは上映されていて、厄介な昆虫や動物を避けています。 大きなバーベキューグリルでは、バーベキューの夜を楽しめます。

オープンキッチン付きの明るく広々としたリビング/ダイニングエリアがあります。 大きな窓からはたくさんの光が入ります。 設備の整ったキッチンからダイニングエリアへの道は短いです。 キッチンカウンターで朝食を楽しむこともできます。
ゆったりとしたダブルベッドに早変わりする大きなソファが、リラックスを誘います。 ここでは本を楽しんだり、テレビで最新ニュースを見ることができます。

寝室はゆったりとしています - 広々としたクローゼットの中には、新しく購入した服や宝物を持っていくための十分なスペースがあります。 クイーンサイズベッドは、安眠を約束します。
寝室には、バスタブ付きの十分に広いバスルームがあります。
もちろん、寝具やタオルを持ってくる必要はありません。 バスタオルの他に、ビーチタオルもあります。

アパートは子供のための第2の寝室または他の3番目または5番目の人を提供しています。 カーテンで区切ることができます。

This was the perfect place for us! The pool was perfectly warm and the neighbors were so nice to our 4 year old grandson. It’s in just the right location- close to major intersections but far enough away from the road noise.

Nice, quit and close to all beaches

We had a very good time there. Nice little spot. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening after spending the day doing all the tourist stuff.

Great location!

This property was a perfect, quiet getaway for my wife and I. Very close to Cape Coral’s bar and restaurant scene and very easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Yes, the small but nice Cape Coral beach at the marina is really reachable within the shortest time. And also the bigger beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Thanks for your feedback!

Perfect location, close walking distance to grocery, restaurants and bars. The pool was beautiful right out our door. The kitchen was tight but it worked for us. The manager was very attentive and available.

Nice alternative to hotel

Comfortable mid range accommodations. Great for families to spread out. There are 4 units sharing the covered pool. This arrangements makes it perfect for a gathering of several families or groups. Quiet neighborhood is close to restaurants, groceries and all services.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Judi was absolutely wonderful, so sweet and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Judi provided all of our needs and then some, and encouraged us to reach out whenever we needed anything. We stayed 4 nights and had more than we needed for the week. Absolute gem for the price point. I will stay here again!

Return for 3rd visit

Love this place. Very clean and comfortable. 3rd stay here and it just is a pleasure every time. Judi the manager is very available for questions and concerns. Close to beach. It’s great to have a pool shared with only a few other people. Will return again.

Was comfortable… hot tub marvelous! Got to do everything we came for. Mid 70’s so we enjoy TV IN THE EVENING. TV was lousy.
