Tanya was a wonderful host and responded quickly when I had trouble with the shower. The place was spacious and clean and very quiet. I would highly recommended staying here to anyone.

Great location

We’ve stayed at this condo before and we love it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. It’s a great location which made getting around the city super easy. We will definitely be back!

Great home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo, easy to get around the city. The only issue is if you are over 50 you will have trouble getting out of the seats in the living area.

Overall awesome / few missing things

Overall great stay! Was missing a good frying pan, salt and pepper, shampoo, conditioner, and Saran Wrap. Just a few things to make it more convenient. Great place.

Everything was spotless! Easy check in and out. Everything we needed was provided! Very scent free ... so appreciated! Only down side ... living room furniture not comy, but it did the job. Added bonus was a hot tub! Would definatly come back

We thought everything was great. It was nice to have more room than a hotel. We really enjoyed the full kitchen. It did take a little while to find the parking spot, but after a few minutes we did. We did go out and buy facecloths because we did not know that there were none provided.

Saskatoon condo

This was a great place for our family to stay over the Christmas holidays. Better than a hotel. Place was very spacious with more than enough room for our small family. Kitchen had all basics for us. Would have been nice to have extra set of blankets & pillow as my one son wanted to sleep on couch. We also found the beds to be quite hard & uncomfortable. Used to a semi-firm mattress I guess. Having access to pool & recreation area was a great bonus. Overall, I would recommend the condo to a friend.

Terrible furniture

We got there they had moved us to a different unit so getting keys was a hassle. Shower was broken it just scalded you as you could not regulate temperature. Couch you sunk to the floor. Bed was really low and hard as well. With some upgrades in furniture it would have been great. Won’t stay there again

Minor key problem.

For some reason, done of the keys worked on the front door. One key worked for the room and the other worked only on the outside side door. The note indicating that the side door key is also good for the front door needs to be updated.

My Stay

Stayed for 30 days December - January overall the room and the stay was pleasant a great little place does not have a smart TV but a quick fix with a fire stick (highly recommend).My biggest disappointment was the rec centre that is listed with pictures and really the reason I booked the property to begin with since I had my wife and 3 kids come for Christmas and the pool “would” have been a great, BUT the centre was CLOSED for my entire stay. I could have saved a lot of money staying at a place with no rec centre if this was actually advised it was closed the day I arrived and the day i left. I didn’t even get a card until almost a week and a half into my stay I truly felt this was the definition of false advertising and should have been given a heads up of the closure.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was modern and bedrooms were very comfortable. It had all the kitchen tools we needed to cook in the unit. The in-suite laundry was super convenient. It was a very comfortable home away from home during our two week stay.

Perfect Place!

Our host Tanya, is a very gracious and kind person…really impressive! Our stay ended short of our booking…due to a family medical issue…Tanya showed such kindness towards our family…we are very grateful ! The condo was a great place to stay…the location was awesome…the design is so spacious and beautiful! Perfect place for 2 couples or a small family! We certainly will be back to rent from Tanya again! Thank you 🙏🏾

Consistent little things affecting our stay

While the value and convenience of the property location were great, there were a lot of little things throughout our short stay that dampened our experience. For starters, the two keys for the building & unit entry are identical and getting in takes some guesswork as even the proper key is fidgety with the door. The moment we walked into the unit there was an overpowering & nauseating smell of cologne or air freshener which remained throughout our stay despite trying to air out the unit. As others have noted, the sofa & chairs in the living room are awkward and uncomfortable (which we found the same could be said for the beds). One of the bedrooms shares a wall with the building's stairwell so you could hear people coming/going at all times. We were also woken up the morning of our checkout by one of the smoke detectors beeping at 30 second intervals (presumably from a battery that needs changing but is hard wired so we couldn't temporarily remove it). Lastly, we were charged a cleaning fee at the time of reservation but not told until check-in that we needed to take out your own garbage & recycling. In the end, I know a lot of this sounds nit-picky but it was the small things that added up to leave our stay as a less than desirable experience.
