Welcome to the "Bee Kind", a brand new Private and Fully self contained, 2 bedroom suite. Conveniently located in the quiet residential area of Avalon, a few blocks to the popular exhibition grounds. A short drive or bus ride to all amenities, with quick freeway access or walk 2 blocks to the local Circle K convenience store. Features, 1x King size bed, 1x Queen bed, Kitchen (fully stocked with hardware), Full 4pc Bath, Living room with regular couch + loveseat & Smart TV. Guest Safety: For your security, a Eufy doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. It is motion-activated and records exterior audio and video. There are no cameras inside the suite.

The suite was very cute and clean. The hosts have put a lot of effort into thinking of all the big and small details to make your stay easy and comfortable. The personal touches were very thoughtful and welcoming. This suite is convenient to access from downtown and very close to Prairieland Park.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. It had excellent lighting and large windows so it didn't feel like a basement. It was conviently located and really quick to get downtown. Would definitely stay againif I'm in Saskatoon.

I loved all the personal touches and creativity throughout the suite. It was small and cozy. The couches were confortable. The Roku T.V. was great as we cuddled up with our kids and watched some movies. There were extra blankets to keep us warm when it got chilly. There were also a few games. I love that the hosts thought of our kids and had a couple special things for our kids. There were snacks, coffee pods, teas, hot chocolate, granola bars, and some small cans of pop.The only complaint is that the beds are pretty hard which some may like but we found them pretty uncomfortable. The host was super great with contact and very kind and friendly.Thanks for the great stay!

We spent a lovely weekend at the Bee Kind suite, there was plenty of room for our family of four. Check in/out were fast, easy to understand, and convenient, and there were no issues that required assistance from the host. Everything was clean, well organized, and well lit. A family with small children does live upstairs but if anything there was less noise than I would have expected given that circumstance. Very family friendly and pleasant to work with - would recommend.
