It worked out great

Wanted a place for an annual gathering of seven male college friends who have met for many years. The house provided nice features that enhanced our time, including plenty of beds and bedrooms, spacious gathering places, and a lovely back deck with soft spring foliage view around the lake. Flying geese provided amusing entertainment when they were around.The management was exceptionally responsive to questions and dealing with a network problem. Had a tech out to the house quickly with successful results.

Peaceful and Spacious

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Surprisingly only 5 mins from grocery store too! The back yard and patios were perfect. Made a fire for smores! Tons of rooms/beds, perfect for large family get togethers. We had a group of 13 and we didn’t feel overwhelemed or like too many people were in the house. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. House was very clean. We did mop the back patio due to pollen (nothing the hosts could have done differently, pollen just collects this time of year). 10/10 experience! Had no issues during check-in, our stay, or check-out. We would stay again!

Family Christmas

Our family gathers the week after Christmas every year so we have stayed is numerous VRBOs…this one was among the best. We had plenty of room for our large family. The deck is amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay!!!

Family reunion

The property had enough bedrooms and the yard was great. My brother even did a little fishing in the pond. The outside deck was perfect for evening corn hole games. We could’ve used another bathroom. The master was updated. I wouldn’t say this property is upscale

Venue for Company Training Workshop

The house is beautiful as well as the property. The lake is so calming. This was the perfect fit for our company to have our training retreat.

Best time!

This was a wonderful stay and a wonderful experience. The host was super attentive, responsive, and helpful. It’s a beautiful home with a fantastic view. We really enjoyed our time.

Not bad

Overall the house itself is nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The management was VERY accommodating to me and my guests. But literally almost every if not every piece of furniture in the house is slightly broken. Its literally as though they put it all back together just enough so you dont notice but the second you touch anything it would break. But in the most random spot so it was still technically functional. Super annoying to deal with. Especially since the place cost like 3500 for 4 days. Im not expecting the RITZ but damn. So overall it was cool. But ill definitely look differently at pictures on these apps moving forward.

NOT AS pictured-Electrical problems

This property is so pretty-but the pictures of the house are deceiving. The inside has SO many cosmetic issues-door knobs falling off-stair railing barely hanging on-lamps all damaged-light switches not covering live wires-beds falling apart-huge gap under downstairs door where critters can get in-lots of bugs in house-dishwasher didn’t work-first 24 hours two of the downstairs bedrooms had zero power and the bathroom-couldn’t see at night to use restroom-power outlets didn’t work and AC seemed to be very temperamental-worked some of the time then didn’t work. The furniture isn’t the same as the pictures-pictures ale house look a lot nicer than it is. Tried asking for a partial refund as the two rooms and bathroom had no electricity and property management keeps giving me the run around. Their business line was always busy-I was able to text emergency line. Super disappointed as we paid for a house that did not function as stated in description. Hoping they make it right by giving a partial refund.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ☺️ We had a minor mishap with the AC but Amir was so quick to fix the issue dispute it being a holiday ! We will definitely be staying again 10/10 !

Girls Getaway

I suggested this property for our girls weekend because my sister rented this property Nov. 2021, and I thought it would accommodate. This property did accommodate and everyone enjoyed the home. However, there were a few things that were an issue -hence the reason why I didn’t give this home 5 stars. First, one of the toilets did not flush during our stay. I messaged property manager early the next day and never received a call back the rest of our stay. This was very important inconvenient as it was 11 women with only two toilets. Secondly. You could tell the home had not been throughly cleaned because countertops, baseboards, floors were visibly dirty and stained. Additionally, the rooms downstairs were closed cold with only 2 additional space heaters. Lastly, while there were many beds to accommodate they were not comfortable. Most woke up complaining about the beds and with aches and pains. Overall our stay was decent, but it wasn’t as I remembered in 2021 otherwise I would have searched for new home.

Really nice peaceful lake home.

Beautiful home just a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Otherwise I would recommend this place for a getaway. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great host

Great communication with the host, house was large and very clean on arrival. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood right in front of a small but beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
