Outside, relax in the private backyard oasis with a non-heated summer pool, hot tub, upper patio with BBQ grill, and two outdoor dining areas. • Storage: Each bedroom includes a nightstand, and a dresser &/or closet to store your clothes and personal belongings.
• Towels: Clean bath towels, pool/hottub towels & wash cloths (1 per guest) and hand towels in each bathroom.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Basic dishware/silverware/utensils, pots & pans, and kitchen appliances (microwave, kettle, standard electric coffee maker).
• Entertainment: 3 flat-screen smart TVs (streaming accounts needed), free Wi-Fi & high-speed internet.
• Convenience: Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and 1 hair dryer included.
• Limited Starter Supplies: Trash liners, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets & disinfecting wipes.
• BBQ Gas Grill: Propane tank and BBQ tools provided for outdoor cooking.
• Included Utilities & Property Services: Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Service, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, Pest Control, Hot tub Service & Pool Service (if applicable).

~POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from the last weekend of April – last weekend of September, while the hot tub is available year-round.

~PET POLICY: Pets are only allowed for reservations of 30+ nights (strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights): If you wish to bring a pet for your 30+ night reservation, please request this via writing so we can communicate the requirements and provide approval. Evidence of unapproved pets will result in removal and cancellation without a refund, along with a violation charge of $750.

Nestled in a peaceful and private neighborhood in Fairburn, GA, this location offers a quiet retreat just 20 minutes from the airport and about 35 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Downtown attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are all within easy reach. You’ll also have access to Midtown’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. With its central location near the airport and major highways, other popular destinations like Six Flags Over Georgia and Stone Mountain Park are just a short drive away.

*As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have outdoor security cameras on the front and side exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and outdoor security cameras on the back exterior walls facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside and 2 outside by the upper patio & lower pool deck.

Please note – We strive to keep our property peaceful and safe for everyone. No parties, large gatherings, or loud groups are allowed. Visitors or extra guests (for stays under 30 nights) are only permitted if pre-approved and added to the reservation's total guest count. All guests—including children and any approved visitors—must be included in the reservation guest count at booking or added prior to check-in. The property “SLEEPS” 14 guests in beds, and the total maximum occupancy—including visitors—cannot exceed 16 individuals. There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 14 people up to the maximum occupancy.
*Limited visitor exceptions above the maximum occupancy may be requested and, if approved, are subject to a fee:
• For stays up to 3 nights: $60 per visitor.
• For stays of 4+ nights: $100 per visitor.
Fees must be paid before check-in, and full names of approved visitors are required.
Please note that sleeping arrangements, beds, bedding, towels, and other amenities remain limited to the property’s maximum occupancy.
Violations of these most critical house rules may result in a $750 penalty and immediate removal without refund. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM and strictly enforced per county regulations.
