Quiet and great location

This property was perfect for our mother’s daughter trip. It was great walkable location to everything we wanted to do. Clean and cute house!! Could probably use a new bed soon but wasn’t terrible!! Absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Clean home next to the pool in the complex. Near many restaurants and within walking distance of many Key West attractions. Nice pool but short drive to many beaches

Just blocks from Duvall, the cottage community felt small and cozy. We loved having the pool, as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything we wanted

The property is amazing, quiet, and secluded while also being close to everything you want to do and see while on the island. We travel a lot and this place is among our favorite properties to stay at. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent, we had a wonderful week, very central to everywhere. People very friendly, bungalow surprisingly roomy. A/C a bit noisy, but otherwise, a great place to stay, we will be back.

Colony Poolside

We loved this property. Just right and in the perfect location to walk to just about anywhere in Key West. Close to Duval Street, restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was as advertised, well-kept, bright, and sunny. I would stay again!

Nice place Great Location

Cute little cottage, comfortable and well equipped. The window air conditioners are very loud, but may not bother some. Also, we would have enjoyed the pool more if it was warmer. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay!

I cried when I left

This is such a wonderful venue. Best home. I even chose to watch Super Bowl in the cottage vs party atmosphere of a bar. This will not be my last time here. Just three blocks from Duval with the ambience of old key west

Excellent!!

We had a great time! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the a/c unit in the bedroom. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise.

Nice Stay!

The unit is in a great location for exploring key west. We loved the grounds of the property. The shared pool is wonderful and surrounded by tropical Plants. It was perfect to relax there after a hot day! The unit is located right next to the pool and was a perfect size for two. We loved the nautical decor. Our only complaint is that the unit was a bit dusty/dirty on ledges, light switches and decorative items.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying here! We love this property so much! Perfect for 2, close to everything. Limited parking. This time we rented bikes and was the best vacation ever! Management is extremely attentive to every need. Can’t wait to do it again!

No privacy, worn out mattresses BUT location can't be beat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located in a secure feeling residential neighborhood just a few blocks off the quiet end of Duval, and even closer to a bus stop for the free Duval loop bus - the location just can't be beat. Unfortunately, one has to close all the drapes in order to avoid looking directly into your neighbors eyes, and mattresses in master and on pull out couch have seen better days. BUT, location can't be beat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this cottage after many years and visits to Key West. It was as lovely as we remembered. The well-stocked kitchen, living décor and bedroom comfort allowed us all of the amenities to truly enjoy every minute of our stay. The location is convenient, yet provides a peaceful escape for true relaxation. The ONLY complaint is that more towels would have been nice. I don't like to have to pay to launder towels while I am vacationing.
