Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time. But the key lock code failed 4 tomes. The furniture a bit old with an uncomfy sofa. And the cottage felt musty.

Communication with the host was easy. Small cottage was only a few blocks off Duval. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The air was great in the living room/main room. The bedroom air was a window unit that provided enough “white noise” to help us sleep. We would stay again.

Cozy, close to action

We loved the house. The neighborhood was great. Lots of fun action in town, a 2 minute walk away. We rented bikes and explored the island. Perfect getaway from the cold north.

Great property, quiet lane close to everything

Very nice, spacious property, fully stocked. laundry available. Clean, TV and wifi, keyless entry. Host was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely be back, also have recommended HKWR to friends and family.

Beautiful quiet place near everything!!

This property is perfect for a couple to stay. It is quiet, cozy, and romantic. The property is also close to Duval St, and most everything is within walking distance. We didn't rent a car for the whole trip. The property owners have great communication and are quick to respond. We will most definitely be coming back!!!

Great location.

The location was good. While I’d like to give this a 5 I can’t! The living room furniture is so uncomfortable that I would not stay here again. Beds were fine. Please consider changing the furniture!

Wonderful!

Very clean, nicely decorated cottage just steps from all the action on Duval Street and beyond. Quiet neighborhood, great location! We did not need a car at all! Wonderful!

Nice bungalow in a good location

Nice property and good location to the main areas. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the property was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The "fees" outside of the nightly rate were a little high but we enjoyed ourselves! Recommended.
