Great Location

Overall, a pleasant stay. It was warm since it was late June, early July, and air conditioner had a hard time keeping up at times. Great location to downtown, the water and the Navy yard. Nice to have a large backyard. The home is huge, has many amenities, great for a large family.

Perfect for our Family

Everything about Denise's property was perfect for my large family to stay together while we were in town for my nephew's wedding. It was home away from home for sure and Denise was so helpful.

Great home in Annapolis for large groups

Homewood is a wonderful location for large groups to get together in Annapolis. Plenty of space for everyone with all the amenities you need. Topped off with great communication from the host, Denise, this place is ideal!

Fantastic Family Stay!

Perfect place for a large group and walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We rented for a family wedding and had 11 people. There was enough space where we never felt cramped. Very clean with nice fresh linens. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a large deck with comfortable furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal.

Annapolis charmer!

Super convenient,very close to Stadium,close to the Yard (USNA) also, just far enough out ,to avoid the crowds.Parking was great also.Super market and shopping ,were very close too!

Wonderful wedding weekend !

This home was perfect for our group- plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and the hosts even left us a welcome basket of goodies! The spacious deck and backyard were a real plus- great wiggle ball game area!

Lots of space

This is ideally located for USNA reunions. Walkable to stadium, downtown Annapolis and academy grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lots of common area space for a large group. Second stay in 5 years and still loved it!

Perfect Family Gathering Place

Three generations stayed together for 4 nights. Everyone had very comfortable sleeping environments. Yard allowed for play for kids and relaxation for adults.

We had a great time in Annapolis. We were in town for a wedding and this property allowed us to all be together. It is a lovely home with a beautiful backyard and welcoming front and back porch areas. Walkable to just about everything! Loved everything about the house!

Perfect for USNA reunions

Well equipped home and within walking distance (.7 mile) to Navy Marine Memorial Stadium. Denise (owner)is great and quickly responds to any issues. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Denise and Patrick's house was better than the pictures...extremely clean and plenty of space to hangout both indoors and outdoors. Denise helped with local recommendations and was very easy to coordinate check in details with. Would highly recommend!

Lovely and perfect home

My friends from Arizona, Texas, Montana, California, and New York were all impressed with the very clean and well-kept home. It was perfect for our get-together, mostly first timers in Maryland. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Denise and Patrick are natives of the Annapolis area. We grew up and went to school here, graduating from the University of Maryland. After 30 years of active duty service in the US Navy, we "retired" back in our hometown! This is our family home and are happy to share it with visitors who would like to come to Annapolis to enjoy our beautiful town.

We fell in love with this house, built in 1898, at first sight. It is perfectly located withing walking distance between the hustle and bustle of downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy - without the parking headaches - and the USNA Stadium. We have been able to enjoy the many events offered both downtown (summer concerts, US Boat Shows, etc.) and at the stadium (Navy football, lacrosse, commissioning, etc.) without the hassle of driving. In recent years, many restaurants and shops have been opened along West St., making the walk to downtown that much more enjoyable. One of our favorite things to do, year round, is to go on a mini pub crawl while making our way to the city dock area!
