Built in 1880, The Randall House, with its 4 bedroom and 4 Baths, is located just steps from the USNA Gate 1, downtown shops, restaurants & City Dock. Designed around entertaining, guests will be greeted by the custom mahogany bar with seating for 6 in the front room. The home has been meticulously renovated with many modern appointments while maintaining its beautiful historic integrity, including Navy traditional decor and a converted gas fireplace. With its enlarged Kitchen with second center island and checker tile flooring, new upper level deck overlooking driveway and one full bath for each bedroom, this is the perfect place for families coming to visit their Navy Midshipmen, Boat Shows or to take in the historical sites.

Sit on the front porch and enjoy watching the Midshipmen, tourists and locals stroll by. You won't want to leave!

Time for some TLC

We had a good weekend again at Randal house for our 45th USNA class reunion. Overall the stay was great. The house though seems to need some Maintenance and has degraded since we last stayed here 4 years ago. A couple of things to address. - front step banisters are loose and paint is peeling. The left banister is very loose and does not provide support. - several doors don’t function or have become warped. I know it is an old home but doors used to work. Door to upstairs front bedroom has a hinge that is pulling out of the frame. Door to downstairs bedroom is difficult to close. - The bed in the downstairs bedroom is pretty bad and uncomfortable and should probably be replaced. - place could use some fresh trim painting and caulking. Just starting to look rundown and worn.

The perfect home in Downtown Annapolis! Stayed here with a group for my 50th birthday weekend. The house was super clean and has such a unique and fun layout. The hosts are the most courteous and professional people I’ve ever rented from!

Perfect stay!

It was an amazing stay with me and my girlfriends. It was the perfect walking distance to town. I loved how everything was central to this location and didn’t have to Uber anywhere. The bathroom per room was amazing as every room had their own bathroom! Would highly recommend! Everything was also clean and organized nicely.

Great house in a great location

Had a wonderful time in downtown Annapolis anchoring from the Randall House. The house is more spacious than it looks online. The hosts are good communicators and very responsive. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location

Location was great and close to downtown Annapolis. If you are planning to stay in summer months- there is only one ac thermostat and it gets extremely hot upstairs even with fans and thermostat down as low as you can go. We had an issue with the fridge not being cool, but they got us a replacement quickly. Overall if you aren’t planning on spending alot of time in the house, it is worth it just for the location! We had an infant and 3 kids and the walkable options were amazing for them.

Wedding weekend

Immediate family from out of state had nothing but great things to say about the house and location. Was a perfect spot for all the activities of the weekend. House was beautiful and accommodated several adults and kids comfortably. Would definitely recommend.

easter at 30 randall

my family had a wonderful time spending the Easter weekend at 30 Randall St. The house was so spacious and had everything we could’ve hoped for. We had friends over for a drink at the wonderful large bar area and we never wanted to leave! Top of my list for my next visit to Annapolis.

Randall House

Our family celebrated our mid here for his birthday. What a beautiful home! Specifically loved the en-suite bathrooms and downstairs room for the grandparents. This is the closest we have ever stayed to the yard it is the perfect house for Plebe Parent weekend or any event on the yard.

Great house. We comfortably fit 8 adults (two family celebration). Property manager was responsive. The bar was an added bonus- so much fun and we were amazed by the glassware available. Parking also a major bonus for downtown Annapolis. We’ve already rebooked for next year.

Fantastic!

We had an incredible weekend with the family at this house. You couldn't ask for a better location, walking distance to everything. We didn't move the cars until we left. We were able to walk to the Naval Academy for a tour and Eastport for lunch. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was extremely clean, and I loved all the little amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this house and location.

Annapolis wedding

Excellent location just as stated in the description. So many fun restaurants and historic spots are within 2 minutes walking. Great house layout with plenty of space. Bedrooms are ample sized and loved that each had own bathroom. The parking is what sold us on this house. It was so convenient!! We stayed during an absolute heatwave 94 so we did purchase a couple extra fans for the upstairs bedrooms. One was already supplied. Otherwise the AC was able to keep up. I’m sure in normal weather it wouldn’t be an issue. All in all it was fantastic!

Location, Location, Location

The location was key to this being a great destination for four long-time friends. We could walk everywhere and enjoyed having parking onsite. The house was as advertised, but the outside of the house, including the porches were very dirty. The inside of the house is worn, but we expected that from an 1880 house. Appreciated the starter items provided, the nice fluffy thick towels and very comfortable beds. Very enjoyable stay, but the outside porches need a good power washing.

Beautiful home with the perfect front porch

My family loved staying at this house! It was the perfect location for access to the swim meet we were in town for. When not at the pool we enjoyed sitting on the porch and soaking up the sunshine.

Great location, perfect for a big group!

We have been coming to Annapolis for years, and the location of this house was the best we’ve stayed at yet - only a block from the center of town, with a great front porch too! We also always visit the USNA campus, so being right across the street from the main entrance gate was perfect. It was also very helpful to have four full bathrooms to accommodate our large group. We are already planning to book this house again for our next visit!

Class of ‘73 50th Reunion

4 couples stayed here for our reunion at The Academy. The house was perfect for us. It’s extremely comfortable and laid out great for gathering together. The location is a few steps from the Main Gate and a few steps from the waterfront and Main Street. Staying here was a great decision and the cherry on top of a wonderful Reunion.

A perfect house for a group!

There were 9 women here on a sorority reunion and each of us declared this house was “perfect”! Darling decore, we each had our own bed, and the place was stocked with everything we would need for the weekend (soaps, hair dryers). We even had a large ice maker at the bar! The house is very close to all the restaurants and shopping. And the parking area was sufficient.

Great Bridal House

The Randall house had the perfect amount of space for our family & the Bridal Party to get ready for my Daughters Wedding. The Beautiful Bar area was Amazing for the photographer to capture great pictures. Would highly recommend for a large group or family.
