Burgenestは、Caesar's HeadのCliff Ridge Colonyのゲートコミュニティにある家族の山の家です。 ハウスは、美しいジョーンズギャップ保全地域を見下ろす崖の上にあり、近くの山々の景色（家が見えない）が見えます。 大規模な大家族に対応するために建てられた家族集会や再会には理想的ですが、少人数のグループには十分親密です。 ハイカーは、近くのマウンテンブリッジの自然トレイルに簡単にアクセスでき、バイカーはシーザーズヘッドマウンテンバイクの挑戦を楽しむことができます。

メインフロア（車いすアクセス可能）は、ゲーム、映画、読書、会話、音楽制作に最適です。 このフロアにはベッドルーム2室（クイーンベッド4台）とバス2室があります。 木製の暖炉のあるオープンリビングエリア、グランドピアノを備えたアトリウム、部屋の三方の山の景色を眺めながら息を呑むことができます。 ダイニングエリアには12名以上の座席があります。 広々とした設備の整ったキッチンには、ガスレンジ、食器洗い機、3ドア冷蔵庫、カウンタートップの電子レンジ、十分なディナーウェア、鍋、鍋、フラットウェアなどのステンレス器具が備わっています。

また、メインレベルには、たくさんの座席とオープンデッキがある素敵なスクリーンポーチがあり、山の景色を見下ろすホットタブが特徴です。

2階にはベッドルーム3室（クイーン1台、ダブル2台、シングル4台（2台のトランドル、1台のベビーベッド付き）、独立したデンとガスローリー暖炉付きの2つのバスタブがあります。

地下には卓球台とプールテーブル、座席エリアがあるレックルームがあります。

徒歩10分で、2つのスイミングプール（季節には温水）、プライベートレイク（カヌーと釣り）、2つのテニスコートで地域のレクリエーションエリアにアクセスできます。 3つの滝のあるデュポン州立森林公園へは車で15分、シーザーヘッド州立公園へは5分以内です（Wi-Fiはこちら）。

有名なBrevard Music FestivalやFlatrock Summer Playhouseなど、川のアクティビティ、ショッピング、レストラン、文化イベントとともにいくつかのゴルフコースがこのエリアにあります。 おおよその走行距離：Brevard（25分）、Hendersonville（45分）、Greenville、SC（45分）、Asheville（1時間）。

The view is exceptional. If you are in need of quiet, relaxation, this is your destination. Immacuately clean, and comfortable for our family. We hope to be back next year.Check in was easy, and an easy drive to numerous hikes, and all that Brevard has to offer.

Amazing view and perfect for family gatherings!

This property is prettier than the pictures as the view extends across the living-dining-deck. Just amazing for visiting and viewing plus family gathering. The house is super accommodating with lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms plus a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood amenities and accessible location makes this a great option for family gatherings.

Family fun

For the outdoors adventure seeking family/extended family this is your place to go! Lots of hiking close to the property, swimming in the neighborhood and shopping in Brevard. There is no better view from this property.

Louisiana native Brevard graduate family visit

Phenomenon views. Listing was just as described. Everyone was comfortable and not on top of one another. Lots of memories made. HVAC didn’t work upstairs one first evening but notified Goldsmith Management and it was taken care of quickly. Would definitely return!

Lots of space and a great view

There were 11 of us for a week of family togetherness. Six adults and five children. There is plenty of beds and lots of space. The views are great. We smelled mildwed or mold in the basement when we arrived, but it was limited to that area. It soon was in the main area and I am very allergic to molds. Soon I was limited to avoiding the main living area and we taped trash bags over the stairway to the basement. It helped some. Turns out the HVAC was leaking into the carpet which had old mold or mildew already there. So it spread rapidly. The host had the HVAC leak repaired but didn't do anything about the carpet mildew/mold. She was "sorry for my inconvience". Puffing on an inhailer, spending time on a cpap with a hepa filter and nose bleeds from taking medicine that dries you nose and eyes up are not "inconviences". So the family didn't use the basement at all. It got bad enough the parents wouldn't let the children down there. So great location, views, and space. Wish I could have enjoyed them and had the children play in the basement.

Wow! The photos don’t do this place justice! The view is unmatched and the spacious home is phenomenal for a family vacation! We all had endless fun with nearby hiking, biking, fishing and visiting Jeter Orchard. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the mountain view or star gazing at night after our adventures made our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect home for family reunion!!

I Can't say enough good things about this home! It was perfect for our family.. We had 8 adults , 5 teenagers and 3 children. Not everyone stayed the entire week this, but the home was absolutely perfect. No need to bring any extra supplies, as the house is already supplied very well. (And plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well!) Plenty of room for everyone to gather, play games, relax, etc. The hot tub and ping pong table were the perfect bonuses and total hits!! The home is gorgeous and it immediately felt "warm" & "homey". And nothing beats the views!! So much to do ans see around there. Impossible to get "bored" unless you want to just chill. It really is the perfect home to get away to. We all absolutely loved it and plan to go back next year!!

Great mountain house for a crowd.

6 adults and 8 kids enjoyed valentines and Presidents’ Day weekend at this house. Lots of space for everyone, beautiful mountain views.. great screened porch and deck with hot tub. Close to parks for hiking and not too far from Brevard, Pretty Place, etc. House could use a good deep cleaning and some fresh linens throughout. Basement needs a TV. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!!

I booked this rental for me and my husband and my bridesmaids to stay at while we were in town for our wedding. The views from this house are incredible, just breathtaking!! The house was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room, there was only 8 of us staying in the house we each had our own bed/bedrooms. I would highly recommend for anyone considering renting to RENT IT. The drive up to the house is very nice and you can even stop at Bald Rock on your way to it. Overall our stay was wonderful, and we enjoyed our weekend in Cleveland. I was so sad to leave the beautiful mountain view as I am from Florida and don't ever get this view.

Burgenest Bliss

The view on arrival set the stage for the entire stay. A brilliant rainbow that seemed to end in the valley below was a wonderful greeting to this bit of heaven in the Carolina mountains. Don't want to say too much, you have to see it for yourself (and I want enough open time to be able to book it again). Don't go here so it will be available for me! OK, I'm being a bit selfish. But you cannot get a true picture of this rental without going there. Great privacy in a gated community with lots of nearby activities if you like the outdoors.

Ladies Fall Retreat

The house was perfect for our group of 10. We all loved the beautiful views of the mountains. The piano was a plus as we had an accomplished pianist who enjoyed playing. Loved having the 2 bedrooms downstairs for ones who don't like climbing stairs. The home was very clean and supplied well. Perfect for large families/groups.

Perfect for family reunion!

We had 12 adults ranging from 24 to 84 years of age, had a fabulous time. The views are amazing, location excellent, and the kitchen counter space and dining table worked great for preparing and eating big family meals. A wonderful week!

Breathtaking!

Our family loved our stay in your beautiful home with the breathtaking view of the mountains right off the back porch. We enjoyed many outdoor activities as well as great family time in the home gathered on the back deck to watch the sunset, or around the grand piano as one of our grown children played. Everything was perfect for our family reunion!

Gorgeous view, awesome main living and dining area

My cycling team used this place as a home base for about 7 of us for 4 nights. We loved it. The hot tub on the deck with the view was amazing. Huge dining and living area, a piano (nice touch since someone on my team could play), windows and light everywhere. We are coming back this season again.
