Excellent Apartment

Ideally placed apartment for ski-in, ski out. Apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Would highly recommend staying.

Family of 4. 2 adults, 8 and 9 yr old. Appartment, i would say, was as listed. Good and easy communication with host.It was cozy for 4 people.Low headroom in the bedrooms upstairs. I am 5' 11 and could not stand straight. Wife is 5' 6 and was fine.Room right next to the buildings internal lift, but noise was never an issue. Very close to the slopes and easy to ski in and out of, with only a 20-30m walk.Small living space, kitchen was small but pretty well stocked, to be fair. Plenty utensils and pans etc. Plenty of cupboard space for food, despite small size of kitchen.Loads of storage space for clothes and kit. Very impressed with this.Good ski locker.Main gripe was the internet was extremely patchy. I was basically unable to use the wifi despite resetting a few times. However, i would still rate this a great rental, and would use it again.Thanks.

Great family snow vacations

We enjoyed a cozy 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room, situated close to both the ski slopes and the shopping center (accessible by stairs). The 2 bedrooms are on the mezzanine level and the apartment is well-arranged and equipped. Ski gear must be stored in the basement locker. A delicious bakery is right opposite the building and there are coin-operated laundry machines at Pierre & Vacances nearby

Great location, very compact apartment

Location is fantastic - simply cross the road to start skiing, and a ski trail through the village ends right next door. Patisserie over the road for fresh baguettes. Supermarket up the road. Lift to sports centre nearby. Apartment has everything you need in a very compact layout. Bedrooms upstairs, living areas plus fold out bed downstairs. Was tight for our family of 6, but still enjoyable once you get used to the space!

Nice Apartment, But Be Cautious of Hidden Issues

The apartment itself was nice overall, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. First, one of the bedrooms, located in a corridor, has restricted height. If you're taller than 172 cm, you’ll likely hit your head, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.More concerning was the damage claim from the owner. A shelf in the toilet fell off the wall when a pack of toilet rolls was placed on it, and the owner charged me 500 for the repair. Additionally, the main bedroom had some historic damage to the leg of the bed. I tried multiple times to contact the owner to discuss these issues, but they never responded. This led me to believe that it's common practice for the owner to impose expensive damage claims for minor repairs.

Bien situé, fonctionnel, agréable, calme

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien situé. Depart et retour des pistes facile, Accès au centre de la station en 5 minutes, Lumineux, calme et vue plutôt agréable. En plus de l'appartement, le service et les échanges avec Nicolas avant, pendant et après notre séjour étaient au top. Merci Nicolas, Seul bémol, le linge de maison qui n'est pas prévu. Cela nécessite une petite logistique.

Appartement idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé, idéalement placé (très proche de l ESF et de commerces de proximité). Jean-Philippe a été très à l écoute pour préparer au mieux notre arrivée et veiller à ce que la semaine se passe bien.

Great escape to Val Thorens

Les Belleville is a small flat on the 4th floor of SilverAlps block and was ideal for a short break over New Year. The bedrooms are accessed one from the other on the mezzanine level and there is restricted head height. TV, wifi was all good. Modest cooking facilities, but suitable for family of four. Great location with bakers opposite, two small supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, 50m to slopes and good access to bars, restaurants and the centre of town.

Val Thorens à Pâques

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui est très confortable et très bien équipé. Avec nos trois enfants, nous étions tout prêts des départs ESF, c'était très pratique. L'appartement est situé près de commerces (boulangerie en face), là aussi tout se fait très simplement. Le propriétaire est très réactif, il a fait mettre un matelas supplémentaire dans la chambre des enfants pour nous permettre d'avoir le salon libre, il a été extrêmement attentif à nos questions et nos besoins. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

Perfect location and great setup

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Great cosy little apartment, directly opposite crèche, entrance to ski school, ski hire and bakery. Lift pass office, supermarket and piste are also within metres! Apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and well stocked with cleaning products and some necessities. Gorgeous view of the mountains and the aspect catches the morning sun. Only small recommendation would be to setup wifi as this isn't available, and perhaps find the key or fix the lock to the balcony as being on the 4th floor, this is quite dangerous with young children. Thank you for the stay, I would highly recommend the apartment.
