Es Pujol is a spectacular country house that combines traditional charm with modern comfort. It features 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an impressive garden with a private pool — ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.

Recently renovated, it is located in the hills of Sóller, in a peaceful and sunny area. The property boasts a spacious garden with mountain views and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery.

The house is distributed over a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms (two with double beds and last with 2 single beds), and two full bathrooms. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the barbecue area with a large outdoor table — ideal for al fresco dining.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV (ASTRA).
Good car access and space to park several vehicles.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Great place

Peaceful location but still close enough to Soller for a walk into town. The property is spacious and probably better than the online photos would suggest. We had a great time

Gorgeous place to relax

Our stay in this pretty and luxurious finca was brilliant. Awesome view over Serra de tramuntana, big and clean pool (a company is checking the water quality), everything for daily use is there (and more) and simply the perfect place to calm down from daily business!

Great place with stunning views

Check in went very well. The property was clean and in good shape. We had everything we needed to spend a great week there. The view is simply amazing and we particularly loved the outdoor kitchen and dining space, as well as the private pool. The communication with the agency and owner was excellent.

Great stay

Had a lovely stay. It was unusually bad weather this trip which was a shame. There were a few small issues with a cupboard door, a shower that didn’t drain properly, and the gas running out, but the landlord was quick to fix these issues and even came in person to replace the gas for us. The split level design worked really well for a family like us, where we felt there was space to be together but also privacy when we needed it. The pool was fantastic and the views are gorgeous. Would love to come back.

Perfect villa, perfect place

Our group consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from early 30's to mid 70's. The villa is extremely comfortable, the pool and views fantastic, and we spent a huge amount of time in the outside kitchen. Our property manager (Virginia) went above and beyond to help us with taxi issues, and was a delight to deal with. As noted by others, the only thing to be aware of is that the first part of the walk to town is very steep - especially returning in the heat! But all in all a wonderful vacation and we'd love to return.

What a view!

Stunning propery, amazing views and lots of room for a friends getaway. I needed twin rooms and this was perfect. Gorgeous pool area and beautiful outside dining area with Egg BBQ and grill area. Was perfect for our stay. Out villa host Virginia was super helpful with help booking taxis. We didn’t have a car so putting out rubbish was a challenge for us as it’s away from the villa and a walk down (and back up !) very steep road! Other than that it was a great location and I have already shared the details with other friends who want to book!

Fabulous Villa in Soller Town

The villa is beautiful and spacious. The outdoor kitchen is really well equipped if you want to work your bbq skills. If you have a car, great. If you don’t then the climb up to the villa is not for the feint of heart. Taxis are around €10. But the pool is the prize at the end of the hike! Get your big first shop from Eroski. They’ll book a taxi for you, then Bip is handy on the way back from town for bread etc. The agents are in the town which is great for contact too! They are really professional and friendly. Was a memorable stay for us! 10 out of 10.

Fantastic Property

Overall we had a fantastic stay here. We originally booked for 2020 but had to roll over the booking into 2021. The property manager was very understanding about this and accommodated us brilliantly. If anything the photos do not do the property justice. The views over to Soller are fantastic and yet it’s only a 15 minute walk into the town. The villa is very well equipped with pretty much everything you could want. All the bedrooms had air conditioning which made sleeping easy. The pool was regularly cleaned and is a great size… much bigger than the pictures show. My only niggle was the lack of a bread knife(1st world problem I know) and some of the adults found the mattresses a bit soft but all in all We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and would happily return again.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location

We have just spent the last 2 weeks in this villa. There has been 2 family's and grandparents. It's been wonderful break. The villa itself is in a great loation set in the hills just outside soller. It's a good walk to the town but easily done from a 7 year old to a 70 year old. But tough up hill the last bit back. The views are stunning. It's very quiet day and night. The villa itself is decorated to a very high standard and it has all the things you will need. There is a great outdoor facility for cooking including a fab bbq and pizza oven. We took advantage of this a lot and had some great evenings in. The rest of the villa is great-perfect for 2 families to share as it has a upstairs and downstairs making it almost 2 different villas. The outdoor space is great. Pool lovely and all cleaned on a regular basis. The kids are safe and have loved it. Xisca the agent was a great help through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The town is lovely. Not commercial at all which is what we wanted. Port de soller is only a 10 min drive which offers lovely beaches and lots of things to do. Totally recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa Pictures do not do it justice It’s got everything and more you could possibly need. Great beds great showers amazing outdoor kitchen and pool. We needed more sun beds and they were delivered the next day. If you’ve got a minibus then getting through the gates is tricky but apart from that WOW. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

Couldn't have asked for a better villa

The villa when we got there looked even better than it did in the photo's provided. The view is genuinely spectacular and the villa was so clean / well prepared for our stay. Soller is only a short walk down the hill, and if hiring a car, the port is only a 10 minute drive away. This villa could not be in a better location if it wanted to be. Had the best time on this holiday and i'd recommend staying here to anyone!

Awesome and well equipped Finca with everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

We really just loved our stay in the Finca in Sóller. Everything was just perfect, the cooking place outside was awesome, the pool with the stunning view was great and the house was nicely furnished and had everything (and more than that) what we needed! If we had the time, we would book it immediately again! 😊 Thanks also to the office we had contact with! Everything went smooth and the office was really helpful! The road that leads to the house was quite adventurous, but we still loved it. Also the neighborhood with lots of sheep was really nice to have! Thank you so much for an awesome holiday! We will definitely recommend your place and hopefully visit it again 😁

A superb villa

We have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday at this villa and totally deserves 5 stars. We are two families with teenage children and was delighted with the space the villa had to offer. Split over two levels with two lounges and very bright and comfortable accommodation. It was spotless. We loved the pool area and the bbq with its outdoor kitchen was great. The villa had fantastic views over to Soller and it was very peaceful. We walked into Soller most nights , it takes around 15-20 minutes. As other reviews have said a bit steep on way back but worth it for the view. Soller was lovely with nice restaurants and bars and not commercial. We were here for a week and then moving onto Pollensa but we didn't want to leave. Would definitely visit again - fantastic.

Fantastic Villa in beautiful location

Fantastic from start to finish! Even before we arrived the information that Xisca was able to provide was excellent, regarding places to eat and booking for a birthday celebration to recommendations for a boat trip. We are 2 families (10 in total, the youngest was 8 oldest 70). The villa was exactly what we were looking for, furnished to the highest standard, plenty of room, everything that you may need is here! The villa was very clean with bedding and towels changed after a week. The gardener came most days and cleaned the pool, he came early in the morning so we hardly saw him. Great outdoor cooking area, fantastic pool, with plenty of sun beds and a hammock. The kids loved it here! Walking distance to the town but steep walk back for the last few minutes. Soller is a very picturesque town with plenty of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. Port de Soller is a short drive again with great restaurants, etc with the bonus of a lovely beach. Kids loved the Stand Up Paddle boards.
