10/10 Recommend! We did a girls weekend, and the location of the house was great--walkable to restaurants, bars, and the Beltline. The house itself was very clean, stocked with everything you needed, and overall a great place to stay.

Lovely bungalow in VAHI.

Interior of the home was wonderful, with updated kitchen & bathrooms. Comfortable living spaces. Back yard landscaping had dead and untrimmed plants, unfinished paving, and lights shown in the listing were not working. We had approval from the owner to host a small event here, so this was very disappointing.Owner was very pleasant, however the house was not ready at the 4:00 pm check-in time. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes while she finished cleaning. Front porch had two wet & discolored rugs that should have been removed to dry - it made for an unsightly entrance. The porch swing is wonderful, tho.Overall, the interior is wonderful, but the outside spaces need work if guests are going to use them.

The best VRBO stay ever!

Great stay in Atlanta

I had the pleasure of staying at Carmen’s home with my mother and dogs for post Thanksgiving trip to Atlanta to relax and shop. We had everything we needed including crates, personalized blankets, and bowls for my dogs. Great, walkable location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house and location

Terrific house for our short stay with family in Atlanta Well-appointed, with everything we needed. INCREDIBLE front porch. Easy few block walk to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect urban vacation

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. My husband and I invited our grown sons, along with our 16-year-old son on vacation with us. This home is perfectly located. We chose this location because we wanted to make sure everyone had the ability to access different activities. This home is located within walking distance of Piedmont Park, local shops, and restaurants. Depending on when you come and how long you stay you can also enjoy some of the local farmer's markets. The host of this property is quite attentive. I can honestly say that when I visit Atlanta again this would be my first pick for accommodations and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling with a family.

Lovely home, fantastic porch and wonderful host!

The bungalow was a perfect spot for a weekend for us - five college friends who hadn’t all been together in 20 years. The house is beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the front porch was exactly what we had hoped (and where we spent most of our time.) and the neighborhood is cute and convenient to lots of spots. Carmen was a very attentive host and we would all highly recommend this property.

Lovely Staycation

We are local to the Atlanta area, and our staycation could not have been more perfect. We were able to take easy walks to local parks, playgrounds, shops, and restaurants, and then come "home" to a cozy, quiet, and very well-appointed house. Carmen was also incredible to work with. She provided great check-in/out instructions, made sure we had food in the refrigerator when we arrived, and checked-in on our comfort along the way. This house was just what we needed!

The home is centrally accessible to anything you'd need, charming, fully loaded, renovated, etc. You can check in and enjoy all the spaces in the home without venturing out, or you can take a short walk and take in the excitement and offerings of VAHi.

Upon booking, we'll send you a link to complete a check-in form.

We'll ask about things like creamer preferences for coffee, and we'll make sure to have something stocked for you in advance of your arrival to get your day started. Is there a non-dairy oat milk creamer you like in your coffee each day? We're on it.

If you need a pack-n-play, just tick that on the form and we'll have that set up for you when you arrive.

If you're traveling with your pooch (and we have some lead time), you'll get a special gift from us, and your pooch will arrive with a crate, bowls, and bed set up and waiting for them.

We set up a contactless check-in with a unique code (your 7-digit phone number, so you won't forget it), so your arrival is simple.

We're available for any questions, and will make sure your stay is lovely!
