* **Parking:** Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles MAX. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED

* **Less than 1 MILE away:** Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, and multiple universities.

* **Less than 4 MILES away:** Fox Theater, Trap Music Museum, Ponce City Market, and the Atlanta BeltLine.

* **Less than 8 MILES away:** Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Int'l Airport, Lenox Square Mall, and the High Museum of Art.



**House Rules**



To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you treat our home with the same respect you do your own.



* Pets are welcome! Please include them in your guest count when booking.

* Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.

* This is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space (including cigarettes, vapes, or cigars). To ensure smoke does not get into the home please do not smoke close to the front or back doors. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

* Please respect the neighborhood quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

* Only guests included in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. If visitors were approved they must leave the premises prior to quiet hours (9pm)

* Please lock the door each time you leave the home.



**Important Information**



* **Guest & Party Policy:** Please input the correct number of guests that will be present, including children and pets. Any unauthorized gathering larger than the stated guest count will be considered an event and subject to a $250+ fine, with risk of immediate forfeiture of your reservation.



* **Check-in/Out Times:**

* **Same-Day Bookings:** For bookings made after 12:00 PM for same-day arrival, please be aware we may need until 6:00 PM to have the home perfectly ready for you. We will notify you if this is the case.



* **Early Check-in:** Check-in before 3PM requires booking the previous night.

* **Late Check-out:** Check-out after 11AM requires booking the following night.

Going over this time will immediately generate a bill for $50/hour no exceptions.



* **Security:** For your safety and security, exterior video surveillance cameras are located on the side of the home and a Ring camera is at the front and back entrance. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is strictly prohibited.



* **Supplies:** Based on our average nightly stay of 2 nights we provide a limited amount of starter supply of essentials like coffee (10) paper towels (2), toilet paper (6), and soaps (fully filled). For longer stays or excessive use, you may need to purchase additional supplies at your own expense.



* **Neighborhood Note:** During Spring and Autumn season, Pollen and fallen leaf levels can be high. While we clean the patios before your arrival, we cannot control environmental factors. We are happy to arrange additional exterior cleaning upon request.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire home to yourself.



HOUSE RULES:

*Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

*The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home. +A fee of $200 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

*Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10

PM - 8 AM.

*Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

*Lock the door each time you leave home.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes. If you’re driving, private parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
