Come relax and renew yourself among the fragrant pines in this beautiful, two-bedroom condo. Fully renovated and offering easy access to world-class skiing, golf, and water sports, this home is the perfect year-round choice for a small family looking for a Lake Tahoe getaway.



A short flight of stairs leads to the home's second-floor entrance. The open-concept interior features beautiful updates, including wood flooring and new appliances and furniture. Sink into the fluffy, down sectional as you stream your favorite shows on the 75-inch smart TV. A wood-burning fireplace provides ambiance and warmth in winter months.



Home chefs will find everything they need in the well-appointed island kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartzite counters, and a separate wet bar and beverage cooler. A breakfast bar offers seating for four while full meals can be enjoyed together at the four-person dining table. On sunny days, enjoy the crisp alpine air and mountain views on the deck. A gas grill makes this the perfect setting for a family cookout.



Things to Know

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Incorrect internet listed on welcome email and folder.Lost days work due to this. Thankfully wonderful Sean came and fixed it in the evening! Hence 5 stars ( would be one otherwise)

The home was beautiful! The kitchen was very modern with upscale appliances. The bathrooms also we’re in great taste and modern. The layout was very open and the decorations provided a lot of warmth Location was perfect close to the lake and hikes and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood

Perfect!

I have to say that I’ve been renting homes in Lake Tahoe for over four years, and I have never found such a great place as this one. The house is clean, well-decorated, and perfectly distributed. The kitchen has all the supplies. The bedrooms are cozy, and the living room has a great view and a big TV. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. The only thing is that the grill was not working properly. Other than that, no doubt, rent this place!

Great stay and location!

Loved the modern interior and obviously recently updated. There still is work being done to finish the remodel in the bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment and dinnerware, but you need to bring your own herbs and spices. Fireplace is gas with wood logs so bring your own wood. Biggest issue for me was the lighting. Very bright, daylight white LEDs in the living room and master bed. Would be better with a warm light version and a little less power. Other than that, we would happily return!

Outstanding Place!

We will absolutely be back. This place was so amazing and luxurious! Very spacious and beautifully designed. We ended up hanging out at the place more than going out because it was so nice, comfortable and homey. Appliances are all super updated, living room was super beautiful and comfortable and rooms had lots of space and storage. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!
