Exquisite Lakefront

This well-appointed home reflects Old Tahoe charm with today’s conveniences. In its 5th generation in the same family, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath is magically located on the water's edge of Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe with amazing lake views. With a very short walk to all restaurants and shops in Kings Beach, you can enjoy all that the small town has to offer. It was built in 1929 and has been extensively remodeled over the years. The home has a warm cabin feel from the moment you step inside. With a large kitchen and a lot of counter space it's the perfect place for a family gathering. The common rooms are spacious and décor welcoming and cozy with a fireplace in the living room and hardwood floors. High ceilings and natural light from the surrounding windows in the home give it a bright and joyous feel. The back yard backs right up to the beach with a fantastic BBQ and lounge area. Imagine breakfast down at the gazebo, sunning on the all-sand beach. This is a rare opportunity to rent one of Tahoe’s finest original family cabins!

On the Lake

Place was awesome! Very quaint and private for anyone that has multiple guests. All the amenities needed, your own beachfront and the VIEW… Once in a lifetime experience; Bucket list done!

A truly exquisite home!

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful lake front house and again it did not disappoint! My family and I enjoyed the comfort, location, and lake access this home provides. A treat for all of us! Great communication with the owner and easy check in/out process. All of our needs were met and we are already looking forward to our visit next year!

Perfection on the Lake

We had a magical week at this gorgeous home. So many places for quiet moments staring at the lake. Well-stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, views are spectacular, and location is convenient to everything Tahoe Vista has to offer. Honestly grateful that the Tahoe Keys went to long term rentals because we would have never found this gem otherwise.

Amazing Home in a Perfect Location

This beautiful home is spacious and comfortable. We had a large group, and found the home had everything we needed. The setting is breathtaking with views of the lake, a large deck for outdoor dining, a wonderful gazebo by the water, and best of all, a huge sandy beach for fun in the sun. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is an extra refrigerator which really came in handy. Megan, the owner and host, was so kind and cooperative in answering our questions and attending to our needs. This is the 10th year that our family has rented a home in Lake Tahoe, and this is definitely our favorite!

Fabulous Lake Tahoe Home

Thank you so much to Megan our host. We have been renting in Incline Village for 30+ years and needed a change. We found it here in Tahoe Vista! That home is spectacular. Your warm Tahoe feeling on the water. There was plenty of space for our family. The location you can’t beat…. Was nice to have Safeway nearby. Beach was fantastic and very quiet. Megan is a wonderful host… she called after we were settled in and said she was available whenever we needed her…. Which we did not. Everything is included. Highly recommend renting this beautiful home!

Wonderful Tahoe Lakefront Home

The stay at this home was wonderful. My family and I had stayed at this home years ago, it was just as I had remembered. Brought back so many memories. It is so warm and welcoming with the old Tahoe charm. Close proximity to groceries restaurants, nice hikes, beaches and many fun activities. The views are beautiful from early in the morning until the sun goes down, and just steps to the beach. Megan is so responsive, nice and helpful with anything you need. The home was very well stocked however if you did need anything, the grocery store is right across the street. Even though you are close to everything, you feel tucked away when you’re in the home. I would highly recommend this rental. We look forward to going back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

This is a great home on the lake for a large group!

This beautiful home on the lake was the perfect home for our family to stay. We had plenty of beds (comfortable!) and enough bathrooms for the 9 of us. The views of the lake are spectacular. The outside space was our favorite, but then again, who wants to be inside when you are staying on Lake Tahoe in the summer! We spent a lot of time on the deck when we weren't exploring the lake and all of its surroundings. A lot of the family went swimming every day or multiple times a day in the beautiful, clear water in the "backyard". The water is still chilly, but swimmable. The kids loved playing in the section of the backyard that was sandy. The owner was amazing to work with. The home was very clean. It had everything we needed; we needed only to shop for food and a few toiletries. We were so comfortable here and we felt at home right away. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as kayak, paddleboard rentals. The week flew and we were not ready to leave. We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Lake Tahoe! It was a wonderful vacation and the perfect house for us. Thank you, Megan, for sharing your home with us!

Exquisite Time at the Lakefront House!

What a delight to stay at this beautiful and ideally located lakefront home! My family and I greatly enjoyed the comforts that were provided from the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, cozy nooks for relaxing and reading, games and puzzles, like-new BBQ, and ample outdoor spaces to take in the stunning beauty of Lake Tahoe. Incredible views from inside and outside of the house were not lacking! The convenience of strolling down the back walkway to the shore for a swim, paddle boarding, and kayaking on the cool water was unbeatable. Listening to the waves throughout the day and seeing the geese and ducks float by were some of our family favorites. Megan is a gracious and helpful host. From booking to check out, she made sure we were well taken care of and provided immediate answers to any questions. Her attention to details, choice of charming decor, and her love of this very special generational family home is evident. We feel so fortunate to have shared her lovely family home and we have already booked next year's stay. We had an amazing Tahoe and family time and are counting down until next year's visit! I highly recommend staying at the Exquisite Lakefront House. Thank you, Megan, for a very special and memorable family time!

Family getaway

Finally had all our family (husband, and I plus our 3 kids 25, 26, 27 and their partners plus our first grand) together again for a family vacation!! It had been over 3 years so it was very special and this house made it even more so! Great town and spot on the lake where the house sits is perfect! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic Vacation Home

We were very impressed with this vacation home. There was plenty of room, very well supplied with all the amenities you could need. The location on the beach was perfect, the grandkids loved go back and forth to the beach. We had a boat as well and it was perfect that we could use a buoy right in front. We also spent a lot of time on the deck and gazebo area enjoying the birds, the views the breezes and sunsets. Even had a very large raccoon on the deck early one morning!! We cooked a lot of meals there and had every pot, pan, dish and utensils you could think of. The two refrigerators were such a help. We also enjoy Jason's and Garwood's. They were working on the sidewalks and roads in Kings Beach and when they are finished it will be really pedestrian friendly. The beds are comfortable and lots of bathrooms for all. We enjoyed looking at all the historical pictures and items that made the house a home, as well as the furnishings. Bottom line it was one of the best vacation homes we have been to and would look forward to returning maybe next year!! Diana and Gary , El Cajon CA

The PERFECT place to stay on lake in Kings Beach!

Our family (grandparents, kids, grandkids) love this beautiful home. We just had our fourth annual summer visit, and it could not have been better! The views and access to the lake are spectacular, and the owners are gracious hosts. The family room furniture has been updated since the on-line pictures, and it is even nicer. We have created wonderful family memories here.

We Simply Loved it!

We had our family come in from NYC, Atlanta and San Diego, so our expectations were very high and this beautiful place did not disappoint. The grounds are pristine, simply beautiful! We built a fire everynight and sat by the firepit.... laughing and looking at the full moon and mountains....it was magic! The kitchen was even better stocked than mine and that is hard to imagine. The location couldn't be better and being on the lake was just what we were looking for. The owners are very helpful as well. I would overwhelmingly recommend this beautiful home to anyone! You'll just love it.

Our family had the perfect Kings Beach getaway!

We loved everything about the house - including the well stocked kitchen and towel closets. The kids loved the Xbox (I don't get it). And the deck(s), garden, view and beach access simply can not be beat. We will be back!
